Sunrise Ridge is nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee, and just a few miles from Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and the national park itself. You can lose yourself in nature’s wonder from your balcony or one of the resort’s three swimming pools. At Sunrise Ridge, there are no bad seats from which to watch a sunrise or sunset, see the fog that gives the Smokies their name, and enjoy the colors.

Of course, a trip to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a must. Enjoy camping, hiking, and rafting in the warmer months, skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and some of the most spectacular scenery found anywhere all year long. Live entertainment abounds, too, in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, where you can choose from a variety of shows, sip a bit of mountain moonshine, or visit the Hollywood Wax Museum.

Notice: At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A $200 security deposit is due at check-in, and must be made on a major credit card. Cash and Pre-paid debit cards are not accepted. This amount is pre-authorized and will be released back after check out. A $11 plus tax nightly resort fee plus tax is added to your stay and due upon arrival.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted. ADA-defined service animals are welcome.

Minimum age for check-in is 21. All fees mentioned are subject to change and applicable taxes.

"Good place to relax"

Nice rooms but bath area not cleaned well. Location is away from hustle and bustle of town but not too far out. Rooms are updated and comfortable.

"Very nice stay in Pidgeon Forge/Gatlinburg"

It was a relatively inexpensive (pointswise) stay in a very popular and easygoing part of the country... the mountains and views are simply breath taking! There are lots of things to do on the nearby strip and surprisingly, all of the restaurants are top notch with great service. I went during the off-season (early March), so I imagine that it is a madhouse in the summer, but I found the accommodations a bit dated, but very clean (except for the proliferation of ladybugs) and I understand they are in the process of modernizing the property to make it more inline with the Hilton brand. I stayed in a pedestal unit, it is NOT ADA compliant on the lower levels as there are lots of stairs and no elevator; you cannot see much due to the trees, but a 2 bedroom pedestal can easily fit 6-8 people, so it would sleep two small families.

I stayed here for 2 nights with family for a Hilton Honors Vacation Club thing. This property is not up to Hilton's normal standards. It is located very near a landfill that makes the whole area smell like a dumpster. There is trash everywhere up and down the main road. The property itself was decent, and the room was nice enough... but I would not stay there again nor recommend it to anyone.

The room we stayed in was very nice and clean. The view was amazing. Nice having an elevator and baggage carts available. I would definitely stay here again.
