Sunrise Ridge is nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee, and just a few miles from Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and the national park itself. You can lose yourself in nature’s wonder from your balcony or one of the resort’s three swimming pools. At Sunrise Ridge, there are no bad seats from which to watch a sunrise or sunset, see the fog that gives the Smokies their name, and enjoy the colors.

Of course, a trip to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a must. Enjoy camping, hiking, and rafting in the warmer months, skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and some of the most spectacular scenery found anywhere all year long. Live entertainment abounds, too, in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, where you can choose from a variety of shows, sip a bit of mountain moonshine, or visit the Hollywood Wax Museum.

Notice: At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A $200 security deposit is due at check-in, and must be made on a major credit card. Cash and Pre-paid debit cards are not accepted. This amount is pre-authorized and will be released back after check out. A $11 plus tax nightly resort fee plus tax is added to your stay and due upon arrival.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted. ADA-defined service animals are welcome.

Minimum age for check-in is 21. All fees mentioned are subject to change and applicable taxes.

"Not today and not ever!"

Second time we have stayed here. Worst Hilton property I have ever stayed in. Found underwear left behind from other guests. Room was dusty, mattress was horrible and the staff interactions was less than stellar. Not again! Save yourself!

"Short Getaway"

We had a few days to spend on a little excursion. We didn't want to go too far, as this was an unexpected time off work. This resort was one that my daughter-in-law had stayed in prior, and she thought it was nice. The condos were apparently renovated and really nice, but the cottages were in need of work. I believe they had started renovation on a couple of them when we left. The layout of the cottages was good and the young ones liked the loft. My son and his family want to come back another time, as they enjoyed activities in the towns.

They were doing construction which was a deterrent. The grounds didn’t have many activities or things to do. The indoor pool was colder than expected, but the hot tub was nice. The jacuzzi shower combo made for awkward entry and exit. Due to being a jacuzzi and shower the residue from the jacuzzi would be left when showering which just isn’t clean. View was cool. Furniture and decor was dated. Location is away from things, but close to a lot of things as well.

Everyone had a frat time in the hot tub and the pool. Once we found our way around everything was close to the resort which made it very convenient.
