I'm afraid of heights but this was cool. You are enclosed so no worries about falling out. We don't get many chances to ride in a hot air balloon where we are from, so this was a cool thing to do and the staff was very nice and friendly.

The chairs on the outside were out of order so we had to stand inside the cage, fair enough I get that. However they then crammed SEVEN people into that tiny space to where you couldn't turn for more views without hitting someone. Also, the ride was dirty with webs and spiders on the outside.. The ride itself was okay but we're a little more adventurous. The balloon goes up (180 ft) and you have a nice view for a few seconds but that's it. No spinning for 360 view or anything than straight back down. Way to pricy for the experience we received.

"Great for first-time people in a hot air balloon"

My little grandson wanted to go up in the hot air balloon so I rode with him. We both had never been in a hot air balloon before. This was a fantastic experience and we got to see all over Branson. It only goes as far as the cage holds it so you're not drifting. It does spin around but it's a lot of fun and it's great because my little grandson then got to tell his friends he was up in a hot air balloon. He even bought the hot air balloon goggles and liked to wear them it was really cute.

This is a nice way to see the Ozarks. I do not like heights, but wasn't afraid. You can sit outside or inside. Unlike the zip line, you are strapped in with a shoulder harness. We purchased the all day pass and were disappointed to learn that it was down for maintenance next time we wanted to ride. We didn't plan on returning to the area, but asked what our options were. They gave us one free ride ticket for another day. On our last day, we had a little extra time, so we took advantage of one last ride.

Well it's not a real balloon but the ride takes you about 50 feet off the ground. A great view of Branson Landing and Lake Taneycomo. I would do this again.
