Our family of 15 occupied 6 rooms spending 2 nights the weekend before Christmas. The location is superior to enjoy the Landing and the Polar Express, which is right across the street. Very nice lobby, clean rooms, and helpful staff. My only complaint is the price, but the great location is worth it!

"No heat, TV reception horrible - Hotel is falling apart!"

Oh, boy, where do I begin? We have had several not-good experiences with the Hilton Promenade. The one this year (2024) broke us and we will not return. Got to room around 5:00p.m.. We turned up the heat but would not go above 62 degrees. At 8:00 called the front desk. No rooms available but sent a maintenance man. He rebooted system. At 3:00a.m. it was 56 degrees in the room. Front desk sent another guy, same excuse, swore he fixed it. The temp never above 57 degrees. We wore coats to stay warm. Front desk called at 5:00, had a cancellation and moved us. Front desk offered free breakfast (HORRIBLE food) and $100 credit on $250 room. For two days the TV reception was broken as hotel didn't have bandwidth.

Do not stay here if you want to sleep. There are train tracks directly across the street with a constantly running train. There is only one food place big whiskey for lunch or dinner. No breakfast unless you want to walk over to the level 2 across the street and catty corner is the Hilton Conference. The rooms and staff were nice but for the price would have expected food options or at least a buffet in this hotel.

"5 stars for the room and staff!!"

A little back story. In August, I booked a room through a 3rd party site. The pictures on their website showed I was booking a King Condo. I called the Hilton to double check, because I had never used the website before. I found out that this other website pulled a bait and switch, booking me a queen room instead. Thankfully, Tyler saved our weekend!! He was able to get us a fantastic room on a very busy weekend! Tyler was so helpful and made what could have been a terrible weekend, just perfect. The stay we booked was to celebrate our 26th anniversary. Imagine our surprise when we walked into our room and found rose petals, towel swans, and an actual hand-written anniversary card! That level of service exceeded all of our expectations!! Thank you to Tyler and the rest of the Hilton staff for providing us with an excellent anniversary getaway!!

"We came in off Route 66 on a rainy night, the parking is a drag, rooms are very nice"

We took a brief detour off our Tulsa, Oklahoma to Springfield, Missouri to see what Branson was like. We were exhausted from steady rain for three days driving down two-lane highways and came in on a Sunday night. It was dark, rainy and steep hills. We had originally planned on seeing Branson as we are from Minnesota and a lot of people go there as well as retire there. The reviews you have read here a very correct about the parking situation; confusing, a walk outside, they charge for it. Unfortunately, I'm sure a lot of elderly people stay here as well as people like us who arrive in the driving rain and the walk over from the crowded, weirdly marked ramp is an inconvenience. The front desk guy made a political crack which didn't go over well and we headed up to our room that faces the condos next door. Unless you anticipate nice weather and daylight, the fountain side is not worth it although very beautiful; it's expensive, but nice. We loved our room and it was spacious and well appointed. We made our way down to the attached bar and watched the Vikings game. It was actually busy in there on a cold, rainy November night. Branson had all of their Christmas decorations up two days after Halloween which was some what funny. We drove around a bit in the morning and this is a very nice place. Try to stay here off-season cause it seems to be a little bit pricey. Valets were nice, but a little pushy.
