"Just perfect!"

I recently stayed at the Hilton Branson Convention Center. Having stayed there when it first opened, I knew what to expect and was not disappointed. I received an upgraded room from Tyler which was spectacular! It had floor to ceiling windows in both the living room and bedroom overlooking Branson Landing. The hotel was well located, comfortable, fairly priced and most importantly, quiet. It was quite rainy so I greatly appreciated the covered parking in the adjacent garage. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Thank you!

"This hotel will give you a rash"

Overall an unpleasant experience. First off, my husband and I woke up with an itchy allergic rash which has never happened in a hotel. (The only thing we are both allergic to is roaches by the way). We were charged a $30 daily “destination” fee which was ridiculous as well as a $15 parking pass to the parking garage that was not at all close to the hotel rooms. By far our least favorite Hilton we’ve stayed at.

"Family Fun Vacation"

This hotel is very nice! We had two connecting rooms with a balcony and a view of the river and landing. There are two pools and hot tubs, inside and outside. The restaurant has very good food, but is it pricey and not open all the time. All other snacks and drinks at the hotel are also expensive. There is a starbucks across the street. The best thing about this hotel is it is walking distance to The Landing and it had a good view! The beds were comfortable, but the AC in one room was struggling since it was so hot outside. I wish there had been free coffee available in the lobby all morning and it would be better if there was free breakfast. We had a good time!

"Super overpriced in every way."

Where to begin? It looks great on the outside. The lobby is spectacular. Staff is great. The view from our room was interesting, if you like looking down at traffic. I had high hopes for this place. It was a splurge that we usually don't do. I continued to be disappointed throughout the stay unfortunately. The room was underwhelming, especially for the price ($300). It felt drab and tired. The bed was worn out and had very little support. There were marks on the wall and I wonder if the place has ever been updated. Traffic noise was amplified and the doors slam. So whenever people would come & go, the doors would slam behind them. You could hear people talking in the hallway, kids yelling, which says the walls are thin. The balcony was cool but it was raining so we didn't get to enjoy it. The worst part of the stay was the prices. The room was high, but the restaurant was astronomical. $13 for a chicken sandwich (only) with shaved chicken on white bread, $8 for toast, $19 for a "piece" of cake that could've fed 5 people. Plus 21% room service fee and $2 delivery fee. A white bread chicken & swiss sandwich and a giant piece of cake cost us $45. Plus whatever we tipped the delivery person. I know it's Branson and this was right by the Promenade. But we've stayed in this area before for less and a much better experience. Live and learn, the hard way.
