Really hate to see the decline of this Park. The floral baskets & restorative paint needed. Many rides not operating. It’s bumping along at an extraordinary price point. Get it together & deliver Six Flags, it is now 4 1/2 years after the pandemic.

"Six Flags Over Texas: A Disappointing Money Grab"

Absolute rip-off! This park has gone to the dogs. We last took our children to Six Flags Fort Worth 20 years ago and it was fine. No complaints then. But last week, we took 3 of our grandchildren and wasted over $500. Let me elaborate on this nightmare: Food Quality: Absolutely disgusting. Even Johnny Rockets was terrible. I barely managed to eat a burger and onion rings without throwing up. The bill for burgers and drinks was a whopping $120! It took 40 minutes to get served, and the food was cold and revolting. We've been to Johnny Rockets many times, so we expected the name brand quality. Instead, we got atrocious service and food prep. Overpriced Refreshments: Every drink/snack stand had outrageous prices. We got a refillable popcorn bucket to share, but the popcorn was always stale. Bottled water was $5! Ice cream was $7 each. What are you gonna do, leave? I honestly wish we had. Reduced Staffing: The daily ticket price was reduced for a Wednesday. At first, I thought that was reasonable, but later realized they simply don't have anyone working there on slow days, making everything even slower. My bet is this poor level of service is maintained all week. Ride Availability: Many of the "cool" rides were "under maintenance." It seems they just didn't want to spend the money to operate the rides. Water Access: The only free water is from the disgusting, dribbling water fountains outside the bathrooms. Flash Pass Fiasco: The fast pass is $135+ depending on the day. After paying for 5 daily passes, I added the flash pass while we were on the way to the park. When we entered the first ride in the fast pass line, the attendant said it was just for one person. I was shocked - we certainly couldn't afford another $135 each. Admittedly, it was hectic with the grandkids while getting the passes, but that's normal. We got out of line and I went to the flash pass desk to ask for a refund since we weren't going to use it. Their response? "All sales are final." No concern whatsoever. I demanded a written request for the supervisor to review my plea. I followed up with an email and was told they outsource their Flash Pass to a third party and have no control over this vendor. What kind of management is that? I asked for the Flash Pass manager's contact info. No response. I asked again. Still no response. $135 might not be much for some, but it matters to others. I just want to warn people. When you think about going to Six Flags, think again! It's a rip-off and the management doesn't give a damn! I hope they get their act together. It used to be fun and reasonable. Now it's just a shameless money grab. Save your money and time. This park is a shadow of its former self, focused solely on extracting every last penny from visitors while providing subpar service, maintenance, and overall experience.

Stopped with youth group after mission trip. The first two roller coaster’s was great . After lunch ended up at Mr Freeze. Stood in line 1.5 hours to ride. It was sweltering inside waiting . No fans and no air circulating. I was thankful for a place afterwards to go cool off , drink some water and sit in the diner.
