It was a waste of time. I think it was only enjoyable to people who have been drinking. Opener doesn't like it your not enjoying their comedy, they don't hesitate to point you/your group out. It's very disappointing. Should we fake laughter to make them feel better so they can leave us alone?

Where to begin… the show started late because the theatre wouldn’t seat anyone until they took pictures of everyone. We were ushered to the bar area to wait only to be ushered back to the theatre at 9:10 pm. The show was supposed to start at 9. The theatre then started sound checks at 9:15 pm. I found the host to be extremely vulgar and the first headliner was just as bad. The last comedian had moments that made me laugh but overall, this was one of the worst shows I’ve ever seen. The theatre is also hardly what I’d call a theatre. It’s dark and dingy with only 5 rows of seats. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place is terrible.

I booked this event for 7 people to celebrate my daughter’s 2st birthday. I paid extra for what they called VIP seating. What a bunch of crap. We were sat far left of the stage and when I asked if that was the VIP seating, I was told yes. Well when the first guy got up there he told people sitting in the back and other random seats to move up to the open seats in front of the stage. I paid extra and people from the back got a nice up front seat in front of the stage. This place is nothing more than a small movie theatre. The venue is in a mall like complex. You were allowed to bring in drinks from a “bar” outside of the venue and that was the only place the drinks could come from. There were several other places that we could have gotten drinks from that were reasonable but you couldn’t bring them in. There entire show lasted about 55 minutes, period. There were 2 comedians, that’s all. Unless you are really hard up for something to do, then this is the place for you.

"Just meh.... and a very short show"

Positives: - small, intimate venue - no drink minimum - get discounted tickets - on the door price is $60+ (which is terrible), we got them for $30 through tix, I think you can get them for $19 on groupon - get cheap drinks from the red bar downstairs to the right of the box office (can’t remember the name), and take them into the venue with you Meh: - Edwin was ok - but just ok. Some of his material was a bit old hat (stoner jokes etc) - the other act (the compère) was actually very interesting, with a great story to tell, but just wasn’t that funny. He would make a good TED-talk, but he ain’t a great comedian Negatives: - even with the discount, this is very expensive, especially considering this was less than 1 hour show. Better options available elsewhere - why make us take a picture beforehand as a momento? You’re not a theme park - it’s just tacky and smacks of desperation.

My sister and I just returned from this show. We did not enjoy it at all. The comedian was raunchy. The music playing when we entered the theater was offensive. I wish we had chosen another activity for our last night in town.

Didn’t have any expectations and we enjoyed the show. 15min warm up act was good fun and then the 45min show with the headliner. He was good and we all laughed throughout.
