They really let us down we were supposed to have a what they call a high rollers room and never got that. The view sucked we were supposed to have a dinner for New Year's Eve never got that. Overall it was hard to get drinks down on the floor. The windows in our room hadn't been clean for a while you can tell

The experience was terrible. First, I checked out at 6AM, and the front desk lady assured me that I could still use my card to exit the parking lot. However, it didn't work. My wife got out of the car to swipe the card at the reader, but it also failed, displaying an "invalid card number" message. We had to reverse our car back up the steep ramp while other cars were nearby and walk a long distance back to the hotel registration. Another lady, who responded arrogantly and without any surprise or sympathy—perhaps indicating this is a common occurrence?—issued another temporary card at our request, allowing us to finally exit the parking lot. Later in the day, I received an alert for an additional charge. I called Horseshoe and eventually got the billing department's phone number. After a few calls, I reached an impatient agent who claimed I was charged because the room was marked as unavailable until 1PM. I explained that I had checked out at 6AM at the front desk, but she insisted the note said 1PM and needed to investigate further. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Scam fake charges AVOID! Decrepit old unclean room. I noticed my bill was higher than expected, and requested a copy of my bill after I left. When reviewing my charges saw they charged a false “late check out fee” this is despite checking out at 6am for a 8am flight!! If you live outside of America there is no way to contact them and they refuse to engage in refunding these fake and false charges. Rooms are old outdated and not kept clean. The only good thing is location is fairly central on strip.

Central location on the Strip. Beautiful hotel with reasonable rates. I was nice to the check-in desk and was upgraded to a no smoking junior suite. Wow, very nice. But the casino floor was thick with smoke. I has happy to get into my room. The exhibition facility was huge with ample meeting rooms. Lots of places to eat in and nearby. I plan to return.

Large room with comfortable sitting area, a nice size desk for work, comfortable bed, great bedside ports for your phones /electronics, fast wifi, large bath vanity, nice shower however it would be nice if they added a spray nozzle handle. All rooms here have refrigerators. All your basic rooms here are larger than most standard Vegas rooms. I stay here every so often when the comp rooms come into play. The rooms here are not upscale but they are not dated either. They are nice, comfortable & clean plus the location allows prime indoor access to the Paris & is located near the primo intersection where you can walk (short) to 9 of Vegas most desired cssino hotels.
