First time in Vegas. I have to say I am impressed with the hotel. The room is beautiful as is the property itself. I thought I’d be overwhelmed but I’m not. I got upgraded to an Eiffel Tower view which also provides the absolute best view of Bellagio Fountains from the 28th floor. Yes, as others have said the windows are dirty. But I sat in the chair and watched the tower and fountains for over an hour. They’re phenomenal. The restaurants are great too. The mini fridge is fantastic to have also.

Dirty! On the last day after we told the maid we don't need cleaning as we were leaving in a few hours. I came back to the room to find our bag of souvenirs missing. The slots are crap and break down - we lost money in the machine and the manager said we cashed it out.. I can assure you we are not hard up for the 30 dollars lost in their machine - it is the principle. The hallways and carpets were smelly. We usually stay at the Wynn where after 6 days of gambling they comp us pretty much everything, and always give me 4 nights free. This has been the worst experience of my entire life.

Check in smooth , we got there around 18.45 and only 1 or 2 queuing, reception very welcoming think is name was Frank gave us 2 pens as a little gift . Very nice man . We found our rooms very quickly we were in the burgundy queen room and had a lovely view of the strip ,yes the windows were a bit dirty but with sand and rain it's hard to keep clean ,especially in such a large hotel..the rooms were cleaned daily and plenty towels soap etc.. Yes also could do with a refurbishment, but we don't stay in room long ,quick shower change and out and sleep 😴 that's it ..didnt watch TV apart from the news 1 day ..we didn't get charged and extra charges like others have said, only the hotel tax,which we new about before we booked everybody on the strip has to pay it ,I only know of a couple hotels off the strip that don't...its in an ideal area smack bang middle of strip so easy access for anywhere and bus stop just outside comes every 15mins and also monorail from horseshoe hotel . Very convenient as we were there for the Rugby League games at the Alligiant Stadium 🏟 so we used these, very good . .we also booked the Eiffel tower restaurant, loved it, food presentation and staff and atmosphere was excellent. We were very well looked after and would recommend it . We didn't do any gambling as we were there for the Rugby ,but enjoyed the free show (burlesque) we didn't get any drinks here as too expensive , the bars in the Mirical Mile and the Linq shops were cheaper . Also used the CVS next door for some breakfast items ..we took a kettle ,so this helped keep cost down as we had breakfast in room most days ..the pool opened on the 28th Feb so we had a couple of lazy days round there and it's lovely, soft music and free water ,you get given a towel when you enter ,you can buy beer etc but it is expensive. Overall we had a wonderful 5 nights and our Team won as well ,didn't have anything to complain about We would definitely go here again.

I stayed in the revamped new tower. I was utterly underwhelmed. There is no wardrobe, no refrigerator, and only subpar furnishings. It felt like a day's inn on the strip. Not worth the price. The food on the property was costly and not of value. I will not stay here again.

The room is renovated. The hotel has an excellent location and is walkable to the Sphere. Seamless check-in and check-out experience which could be operated on the mobile device. There's some smoke could be smelled in the lobby and hallway.
