We vacation in Vegas 3 times a year and thought we would try the Paris this time. That was the biggest mistake we ever made. We arrived to a very hot room and maintenance came in and fixed the thermostat in about 20min. We thought things would be fine then. Then Tuesday morning we got up and had ice cold water in the shower. We hoped the next morning would be better , but again cold shower. Called maintenance again and they sent someone up and he said we had to turn the water on a good 15-20 min. before using it since we were in a P room and it took longer for these rooms. We stayed 4 nights and 3 of those days the shower was freezing. Our last night there we returned to our room around 11:30 after we were out all day and found the doors that led to our room were closed and our key would not unlock them. We had to go downstairs and stand in a long line to find out what was going on. We were told someone had flipped the fire alarm and that’s why the doors were closed that led to our room. They said every one in p rooms were locked out and maintenance had to work their way up to unlock all the rooms. We waited a long time and my husband finally located a housekeeping person who finally let him in. Meanwhile, I was down at the lobby again asking to talk to a manager and no one ever came out to talk to me. The Paris definitely has poor customer service and we’ve never ever experienced anything like this from any other hotel we stayed at in Vegas. We will never stay at the Paris again. Also, the lighting was very poor by the closets. It was hard to see, I had to use the flashlight on my phone.

while the room was fine .if you put me in the Horseshoe I will spend my money in the Horseshoe that walk to my room after a long flight was to much had to ask three people to find it and Iwas not alone when I book a room in the Paris I expect to stay in the Paris

We love Paris Las Vegas! Rob and Ivan, bartenders at Gustavs are amazing! They make you feel welcome and are very attentive! We stopped by other Caesars properties on the strip and they are not as near as welcoming. They are an asset to Paris Las Vegas!

Hotel ok but the fees were crazy. We had to pay for parking every day. I have been to higher end and lower end hotels and never had to pay for parking. The amenities fees we had to pay for were for the pool that wasn't even open. The front desk staff that we had was rude and wouldn't give me and another couple adjoining rooms. I typically do not write reviews like this but wanted to warn others. Especially the parking fees, unbelievable. Needless to say we will NOT be staying here again.
