Absolutely horrible. Long lines for check-in, online checkin wasn't working, and kiosks were painfully slow. The paid parking has created bottlenecks stretching for over 30 minutes in the self-parking garage. Key tip: if you want to take a Lyft or Uber from this hotel, go next door to the Planet Hollywood hotel. The rideshare is done via the parking garage which was a nightmare getting to get out of. Much better hotels on the strip to be at than the Paris hotel.

Glorified motel 6. No service!!! Filthy stained carpets in the halls. Air conditioning that would just shut off in the middle of the day! Bathroom sink partially plugged. Bathroom door needs repair and paint. Food was ok but very very expensive!

Like everyone else this is possibly a two star hotel, rooms in need of refurbishing, the management charge for everything extra and if you do arrive 20 min before check in time they will charge extra $25. No even complimentary water offered in the room ( you get this even in Hampton Inns!!). Super busy everywhere and only good thing is the location. Honestly stay elsewhere. Parking $20 dollars a day. By the way do not pay extra for Eiffel Tower as room windows so dirty that not even a photo can be taken. Overall disappointing experience

When we first arrived we were greeted by the helpful baggage employees, the place was very cute. Having not been back to Vegas in 16 years and previously staying at Mandalay and the Wynn, we were excited to have tried Paris being centrally located. We were looking forward to our corner room. Unfortunately, we had a hideous room on the 7th floor overlooking the staff area which was noisy and annoying. We tried to change rooms and were told that it was sold out, hard to believe since it was a Sunday. Anyways, we made the best of it until it was time to take a shower and no hot water. We called and they said they could send maintenance up but they would just run the water for 20 min and see what happens, they suggested we do the same. NO HOT WATER, was so cold. Once again couldn't change rooms. Our friends had 2 other rooms and no problems. Mattress was fine but the pillows were hard and lumpy. Next day started fine, coffee baristas were very nice and employees mostly look like they enjoy working there, pool was clean and well kept. Time to get ready, once again NO HOT WATER, this was super annoying. Was about 6pm, when we called we were told that "no one in the building has taken a shower yet and it needs 20-30 min to heat up", my husband was taken aback and repeated what he was told and she confirmed "that is correct, let it heat up for 20-30 min, no one has showered yet." What kind of made-up lies is that? An apology would of gone a lot further than an unbelievable lie. We ran the water and guess what? NO HOT WATER. We jumped in as fast as we could. Terrible. We tried to iron my husbands pants and there was something all over the iron that RUINED his pants. Called down to get another iron, meanwhile the hairdryer over heated and STOPPED working. Called again bc no iron in 30 min had shown so now we needed a hairdryer as well. 20 more min later we had replacements. This is more than a one off of catastrophes at this hotel. This is absolutely RIDUCLOUS. No one reached out to us while we were even though we had so many issues. We understand this is more a of budget hotel but the ball was so severely dropped on this trip.

No room cleaning for 3 days. Asked desk annd asked maids on floor and they wouldn’t clean our room. Finally got a maid to clean our room and she told us the maid that normally cleans our room is out sick. So apparently no one is managing the room cleaners. Also no hot water the first night! Crappy service! $250.00 a night! Never again!
