We stayed in a versailles room with a view of the sphere. It also overlooks a club which is open until about 3am, so you do hear the noise from the room. Room was large and modern. Nothing fancy, but then i have stayed at Wynn, Bellagio and Caesars previously, so high standards to compare to. A long way to walk to the Paris casino. Main Paris casino really needs refurbishment. Not a nice smell in casino. Could do with replacing carpet! No big queue at check-in and friendly. Enjoyed food at Alexas. Great location. Price reasonable - you get what you pay for! Not as bad as some reviewers say.

It's always fun, new restaurants, took out all the old fun machines so no wins anymore, no coffee in room, no robes in room, no extra blankets in room, and they would not bring unless you are in a suite which I was. Puzzling for a hotel. Elevators in the Versaille Tower were extremely slow and doing maintenance on them NY Eve, took about a 1/2 hour to get down one out of three were working.

- Huge line up to Sign in (but you can do it online) - Hotel is huge inside! - only 3 Restaurants inside - all very expensive - There is a long walk to your rooms once you get onto the correct floor. - they have tiny pillows - but they are comfy - There are plenty of taxis available at the door - Valet parking is available

I love all things Paris hotel BUT the rooms need some love. The hotel has a beautiful lobby, some good yummy restaurants, lovely staff & the casino floor is clean however the rooms are old & in need of some attention. I first noticed how worn the carpet is near the entrance & bathroom doors, the wallpaper behind the sink faucet was peeling, the tub had several rust nicks which turned rusty, but what really surprised me was the bedding. My room had 2 queen beds & each bed only had 2 small pillows (I did request & get some nice big king pillows from housekeeping) but I stay in a lot of hotels & they all have 4 pillows on a queen bed. Also the bedding consisted of 1 fitted sheet & 1 top sheet, THATS IT! There was a very thin (think airplane) blanket in the closet. Just be prepared to ask for extra bedding or bring your own.

This hotel is in a fantastic location and the theme is fun, but the rooms themselves are somewhat rundown. We stayed in a room overlooking the Bellagio fountains and in theory, this was a great view. However, the windows were incredibly dirty which made it hard to see clearly (and forget trying to get good photos!). Our room was quite large and nice, but the bathroom is where the hotel’s age shows. Both the tub and shower faucets were pulling away from the wall, there is no overhead light in the sink/tub area (and one of the two vanity lights was burned out), the paint around the door frame was chipped, and the shower took 10+ minutes to warm up in the morning which meant showering in lukewarm water if you were in a rush. If you intend to take an Uber make sure you give yourself a 10-15 minute head start as the Uber pickup area is in the very back of the hotel inside the parking garage. Also make sure you give yourself plenty of time to grab a coffee in the morning. There are no coffee machines in the rooms, and we had to wait 20 minutes to get a coffee at the coffee shop. In terms of check-in, the hotel gave me an option to check in online ahead of time which would supposedly allow me to bypass the line and go straight to a kiosk upon arrival to get our key. This was not the case. Even though we ended up arriving 30 minutes after the arrival time I specified, we still received a message that our room was not yet ready and had to wait in a long line to check in at the front desk after all. This was at 9pm, so I’m not sure how our room was possibly not ready! Be warned that if you choose a room that specifies “Horse Shoe” that is in the separate Horse Shoe Casino next door with an entirely separate check-in desk. I’m not a Vegas regular by any means but I’ve stayed in a few other hotels on the strip and this was my least favorite.
