It is super cheap when you buy a pass, it's reasonably reliable, and stop at pretty much all the major attractions down I drive. One real issue is that they sometimes outsource and use other buses. They don't pass this information on to the customer - so it can be confusing.

"Great service but using different buses"

Great service up and down International Drive to the outlets and more. Book your ticket before you go then you have unlimited journeys and don't have to worry about paying. Hop on and hop off. The only thing to realise before you go is that they are also using a contractor with regular big buses, not the cutesy ones. Mears coaches I think . Look out for the green or red line note in the window on the door. People don't realise and wave them past. Same service and you only need to show your ticket not scan it like on the regular trolley.

Stood at stop 18 on I-Drive another family were also waiting. The bus didn't even attempt to stop. Just drove right past even though I then stood waving trying to get the drivers attention. 10 mins later another approaching I even stepped forwarded and waved for the bus to stop and again this one also drove past without even attempting to stop. We then decided to walk to the next stop, upon seeing the then 3rd approaching which was a Mears coach with Chartered displayed I stepped into the road to make sure it stopped. The driver thankfully did stop and said I shouldn't have stood in the road even though I told her about the other 2 buses just driving past. There are not many of the green buses operating at the moment and are replaced with Mears coaches with a small sign in the window saying Trolley Red line. The one that I managed to stop last night didnt have any sign in the window. IDrive is a big tourist area and a lot of tourists won't know that the coaches are replacing the green buses. So the drivers should be even more conscious of this and making sure they stop at every stop that people are waiting at. A couple on the bus said they had the same problem with buses not stopping and had taken them nearly an hour in the end to get a bus.
