Was waiting to go to SeaWorld for my girlfriend’s birthday and the bus never came at the time it was scheduled for. I saw multiple buses with I trolley but the one for my stop just failed to show up. DONT depend on I trolley unless you have time to waste!

"Great way to get up and down International Drive"

Firstly, kudos to the drivers, they were ALL fantastic, kind, funny and brilliant at what they do. We were staying towards the south end of International drive, we found the busses to be clean and tidy, although did have a bit of a tendency to arrive in two's, although, that's something we Brits are used to. On a couple of occasions a full blown coach was our pickup, but that was OK as it was labelled accordingly. Just watch out for the red / green busses as there are now two routes. On a couple of occasions, we took the bus to a certain place t reduce the money we were spending on Uber / Lyft, that's only any good if you have the time to wait around. There are no seat belts on the trolleys we rode though.

We purchased an all day ticket, starting at HGVC (stop G16) going to Orlando Vineland Outlets. Then we had planned on returning by taking the green line north making several fun stops. BUT! Approx 3:00pm we waited for a trolley to pick us up. Didn't happen until after 4:30!!!! Watched 3 trolleys on the active map, turn and leave us! Needless to say we got back before 5 and WILL NOT use this trolley service again! Plan on asking for our $$ back! Ruined our evening!

The itrolley is an iconic piece of Orlando I would highly recommend to all visitors to use this great service Yes it’s a little unreliable but it’s not being used enough by tourist anymore to put more trolleys in service It goes absolutely everywhere up and down international drive it’s $2 per person per day or $20 for 2 weeks which is pretty much noting if you use it frequently staff are very polite and helpful

"Orlando without car hire"
TripAdvisor user rating 5.0 out of 5

I was always wary of going to Orlando as people said you need to hire a car and that didn't appeal. Instead we booked a holiday that included airport transfers and hotel that run shuttles to Universal theme parks. We also bought 7 day I-ride tickets to visit other places (such as SeaWorld, Icon Park, shopping malls) and thought it an excellent service. We had a great time.
