Horrible service. Two days in a row room was not cleaned and no fresh towels brought. Called and complained at 5pm was assured someone was coming up to clean and correct their mistakes, we left for dinner and came back at 8:45 to a uncleared room still with no fresh towels brought. When I called front desk I was dismissed as it was not a big deal and a message had been sent in the "group chat",... I'm not concerned about a "group chat" I just want what I paid for. I want a clean room with fresh towels. Would not recommended this hotel ever.

I had a horrible stay, housekeeping, a room service kept knocking on my door throughout the whole entire morning for four hours straight, I requested one hour before my check out iron and an ironing board and I never got it so I had to leave with my clothes all wrinkled to work. I spoke to management and management told me that they would give me a refund due to the bad experience that I had but unfortunately they couldn’t do it because I booked through a third vendor party so I am reaching out to you guys right now to see what you guys can do for me due to this unfortunate and horrible experience. I had no sleep and the service was absolutely tragic. mangement was horrible

I read some reviews before booking here, but I never thought the smell of Indian food would be so unpleasant throughout the hotel. We stayed in room 402 on the 4th floor, and it was as if we were in the kitchen of the Indian restaurant on the second floor. The Orlando authorities should inspect this hotel because something is wrong with the exhaust structure of the odors and gases from the restaurant's kitchen. Another thing was that we asked them to clean our room, and they only changed the sheets and towels, so they left everything dirty!

**Scam of a Hotel** Walking into the hotel, it initially seemed relatively okay. However, we quickly noticed a pungent smell that was mildly concerning. This later became a huge issue when I started having an asthma attack. We asked for a refund to find another place, but they ignored our request. It felt like they purposefully made the conditions unbearable so we would leave, knowing they could refuse to refund us and still keep the money. Be careful—it is not what it looks like online. The air conditioner is especially loud and it seemed as though they ignored changing the filter.

I love this place and I will continue to stay here .. It’s close to Universal Studios and across from endless summer hotel (if you need to get to Universal/VolcanoBay). They have a great Indian Restaurant onsite .. They have a rooftop pool, wish it stay open until 7pm but i was there for all 3 parks at universal.. Most importantly, the staff is awesome:) Love it here .. Victor B
