Perfectly located, just off of International Drive, away from the traffic, yet close to the action! This hotel features “Sharky & Jack's” Caribbean restaurant & lounge, “Shades” New York-style deli, a seasonal pool bar, a lighted basketball court, a heated pool, 2 semi-private Jacuzzi’s, a large sun deck, and more.

Each guest room at this family-friendly hotel in Orlando features flat-screen TVs with HBO channels, mini-refrigerators, microwaves, high-speed WiFi, and more.

Free scheduled transportation to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Islands of Adventure are offered. The shuttle to Disney's Epcot transportation hub is $5.00 per person. All shuttles need to be reserved online at least 24 hours in advance. Plenty of dining options are nearby such as the Orlando's Restaurant Row beaming with fast food, casual, and fine dining options. Attractions are within a short driving distance from the hotel. SeaWorld Orlando is approximately a five-mile drive, Adndretti's Indoor Karting and Games is two miles away, and many attractions on International Drive are within ten minute's drive from this hotel. Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets is approximately 6.6 miles from the Best Western Orlando Gateway.

The resort fee is $14 per night, plus taxes ($15.75 inclusive) per room due to the hotel directly upon arrival.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed. ADA-defined service animals are welcome.

Parking: Free self-parking is offered to registered hotel guests, limited to one car per room. Additional parking passes are $22.50 per night, plus taxes.

The moment I & my husband got in the hotel lobby, the comfortable soft cushions of the seats attracted my exhausted husband from NYC flight. Then I was greeted with smile and warm hospitality of Evelyn at the front desk. She was able to attend to all my inquiries and questions because this was our first time short vacation in Orlando. The checked in was very smooth because of a very professional assistance from Evelyn. She is an asset employee of Best Western Orlando Gateway. The room & bathroom were very cleaned and organized. Parking was spacious. Worth staying in this hotel. Rest assured that I'll be coming back herein. Thank you Evelyn

I will start off by saying I stayed 3 nights needs updated badly. The head lady upfront didn't help with any issues I had . Like wanting to change the channel in lobby . However the next day the other 2 ladies 1 being rebeca was awesome changed the channels in the lobby for me no issues. Actually took time and change it 2 times as I had the wrong game. She needs to be promoted . the breakfast here is really good and fresh , the crew been here for awhile and super nice not sure his name starts with O . And they have a basketball court most places don't. The room is hot not sure why have wood doors on the ac . Also dinner here is expensive and wasn't that good for the money .

Great location! Good staff. The hotel is comfortable and clean. Yo have a lot of options to eat nearly. Universal and Sea World are close to this location. The price is good and you can use your Best Western Rewards point, without any limitations.

This place is a DUMP. Every time I got my towels changed they were dirty with hair and stains. I asked for them to be changed out, and was told that they would. I put teabag envelope in the fold of one because I was suspicious that they were not really changed out. So after I requested they be changed again due to them being dirty, I still found the teabag envelope. The AC unit made a horrible noise when it came on and the cover fell off and no one came to fix it even after I notified the hotel via text. Our door kept getting stuck due to so many layers of paint. The bathroom was dirty on arrival. We had two sinks but we were only given one bar of soap. This is something that should come standard, a bar soap per sink. This isn't something I should have to ask for every day. The Wi-Fi was horrible and did not work. My Wi-Fi speed checker wouldn't even register the Internet signal. You could not stay at this hotel and be a business traveler. I'm not sure what the resort fee covers because breakfast is not included. I guess it's more or less a parking fee. Other than the price and close proximity to Universal Studios, this hotel has nothing good to offer. It has been given the landlord special on more than one occasion with paint covering up imperfections left and right. Also- I had a reusable straw in my cup and it went missing on the second day. I asked if housekeeping had put it somewhere and I got no response. I will never stay here again

Whenever I visit Orlando, I stay at the Best Western Orlando Gateway. It is undoubtedly the best value for money in the city. Starting with the exceptional service and attention during check-in (Luciana is hands down the best, without question) and the outstanding assistance provided by the entire team she leads! The breakfast and deli services are also excellent. The location is perfect, and if you book a room with a view of the lake, the sunset is simply breathtaking. This will always be my home in Orlando. Ever since my first visit, inspired by reviews and recommendations about Luciana, we have never chosen another hotel! Luciana, thank you so much for taking such great care of us during all our stays! You are simply the best, always! See you soon!
