Very nice and friendly staff. Especially Angelica who had arranged the breakfast. Clean, tidy buffet, and very good. We enjoyed our breakfast and service. Good variety of food to choose from. Hot food like egg, sandwich, waffles and cereals.

The staff, especially the General Manager, were some of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with, and I travel with business and pleasure a lot. If you have an issue, whatever you do, don’t complain because they don’t care and will make the rest of your stay miserable out of spite. We were made to feel uncomfortable when in the lobby area, and it was clear we were not wanted there. When we complained, we were told by the GM that she hopes we never come back. We spent 10 nights there, which equates to a lot of money. Bottom line, if you want to feel comfortable while being away from home, CHOOSE ELSEWHERE. There’s several other hotels in the same area that are much better choices! Do yourself a favor and do not stay here!!

My family and I stayed for one week for family vacation in the Bay Area. The rooms were clean and location was good. The pool was nice. However, the business center computers were broken and there was no notice, which was highly inconvenient. The keyless check in did not work. Also, the staff member Rosie serving breakfast was rude and inhospitable. When I attempted to discuss my concerns with Elizabeth the GM she became defensive and argumentative. She pointed her finger in my husband's face and walked away while we were speaking to her. She also said that we were taking the conversation "left" and that we could not share our experience of her staff members treatment with us because I should have told her earlier. She also said we shouldn't say we saw a discrepancy in treatment because she knew what we were saying and don't say Rosie treated my children differently. She kept saying dont say there was a difference and I know what you are trying to say. We brought up an observation that other children weren't so closely watched. Elizabeth's statements definitely had a racial undertone in her conversation and my family was appalled at the insinuation and treatment. As frequent travelers and Hilton Honors members this is the worst customer service at a Hilton brand.

This hotel is absolutely horrible! The general manager Elizabeth and all of her staff are terrible human beings. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. They did not want us in the lobby so they put caution tape around it! The rooms were infested with ants and outside was infested with mice. When we told them they said we were lying. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money!

We recently stayed at this hotel a few days in Livermore. Pleasantly surprised. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing when you walk in, the rooms are clean, they all have kitchens with dishwasher and full refrigerator, and the beds are comfortable. Most of the staff was friendly especially the housecleaners, and breakfast area staff. There’s plenty of parking on site. Although we didn’t have time to enjoy the fitness center or pool, we did take a look in both areas and they were clean and looked great. I think the breakfast choices were good, but redundant. The breakfast sandwiches had hard bread, but the bowls were good. I think everything was pre-packaged (sandwiches and scrambles) because of Covid,. When we come back to visit family in Livermore, we’ll stay here again.
