As we were in Las Vegas for a few days, we also wanted to take a sunset helicopter flight to the Red Rocks and the Las Vegas Strip. Beforehand the Maverick's customer service was very nice and always helpful. On the day of the flight, however, everything was completely different. Our helicopter did not have 6 seats as described but suddenly 7, which meant that we were extremely compressed in the helicopter. The female pilot was very unfriendly and as we don't speak perfect English I asked her to speak more slowly - but she didn't care. The flight description also did not mention that our son (he is 20 years old !) was not allowed to sit at the doors and that the seats were changed on the outward and return flights. My wife, who voluntarily wanted to sit in the centre, had to sit by the window, which also didn't interest the female pilot. The flight was then completely unspectacular and there was not a single explanation about the landscape we flew over. At the landing site, we swapped between the front and rear seats and the Champaign was served in cheap plastic cups. The return flight was particularly disappointing. The helicopter only flew over the Strip once, and that too with an offset. If you are sitting on the wrong side at this time, you can't see anything of the Strip. For us, the worst tour ever. I can only recommend everyone to save their money and go to The Sphere instead - because so overwhelming should be an event. Maverick likes to respond to criticism in reviews by saying that all of this is for safety reasons. However, friendliness, honesty and seriousness have nothing to do with safety.
