I highly recommend Roberts Hawaii for your airport shuttle. Our driver, Derrick was wonderful!! he picked us up from our resort on the west side of Maui and took us to the airport, we use Roberts Hawaii every time we are in Maui to get us to our resort from the airport.

"Go ANYWHERE except Robert’s Tours!"
TripAdvisor user rating 1.0 out of 5

Terrible experience. Booked a full-day tour, paid in advance, and they sent us a confirmation the night before the tour - the only day we were in Maui. Robert’s Tours decides to cancel the tour, WITHOUT NOTIFYING US, leaving us in the sun at the pier with no hope of booking another tour. After calling and spending 15 minutes on hold, trying to figure out where they were, we were notified they decided to cancel. Things happen. But to not even show your customer the courtesy of letting them KNOW you’re leaving them without a tour? And then we find out it could be 30 days before we can get a refund for a tour THEY canceled at the last minute. Unless you feel like taking an enormous chance, NEVER book a tour through Robert’s Tours. The organizers at the Maui pier told us this is not unusual for Robert’s Tours - they have a bad reputation in Maui. We now know why. This business is way too competitive - there are other much better options than this discourteous outfit.
