Choose from one of the five dining facilities, offering an exclusive dining experience with a customized six-course menu, a beachfront sushi restaurant, and a beach bar offering quick bites and cocktails. Not in the mood to go out? Room service is available, or you can buy light snacks at Mokapu Market and eat them in your room.

Spend your day by the five outdoor pools, three of which are beachfront, with one being an adult-only pool. Prefer the beach? This Hyatt hotel offers direct access to Mokapu Beach, where you can swim or enjoy water activities like canoeing, snorkeling, and stand-up paddleboarding.

Want some relaxation time? Rent one of the cabanas or daybeds, or visit the on-site spa, featuring a wide range of body treatments, hair services, and a sauna room. We stayed for 7 nights, and it was so relaxing! The hotel was clean, the views were amazing, and the staff was so kind + helpful. Specifically, all of the valet guys were the BEST. They gave us the best recommendations for food and activities. We loved seeing them each day. The breakfast buffet is 10/10 (expensive but so good). The somewhat private beach and beach equipment was amazing. We didn't get upgraded or anything special for our honeymoon which was shocking but can't expect it. The downsides. Hotel guests are not given wristbands to go to the pool/beach. Non-guests (people not staying at the Andaz) go to the property early and put items down on chairs at the pool around 6am. We talked to a lot of people at the pools, and they were using the amenities that we are paying for. They are getting the best spots by the pool and beach. One guy we were next to at the pool even got his parking validated for free (he wasn't staying at the resort) - meanwhile us guests are paying $50/night for parking. We wished this was managed better so we could better enjoy what we were paying for, and the pools would be less busy. Overall, we would stay here again because it is in a prime location. Walking distance to great food and shops. There is room to improve the guest experience and to make it more upscale.

We stayed here for 6 days of our trip. The second we arrived we knew this place was gonna be spectacular. The lobby was gorgeous and the view of the ocean made it even more of a spectacle. They served us lavender lemonade and we got a lei at arrival. The check in process was a tiny bit long but we hung in. The amount of pools were unnecessary but we did in fact enjoy them as they were at the perfect temperature. The rooms were where we had some issues. When I woke up there was just a flock of flys in the sink for no reason which was kind of gross but was cleaned shortly after. Almost every night they have a dinner with loud music that did keep me up late. I had to blast my noise maker to fall asleep. The restaurant there Morimoto is definitely worth trying, service was great and the food could expand easily to people’s taste buds. In conclusion this hotel has its small issues but is gorgeous and definitely recommended to honeymooners!!!

Everything is good!!!! Staff is all super friendly! Housekeeping daily! Very upscale, beautiful pools and beach. We enjoyed the snorkeling and kayaking that were included, amazing views! Again all staff professional and very friendly! Loved it!!!

Honestly, disappointed in this hotel from both a quality of the room and service standpoint. As a Hyatt Globalist, I don't think I've had a worse stay in years. Room has seen better days, staff is polite but not helpful. The only positives of this property are that they are on the beach and provide beach equipment as an included amenity, and the breakfast is good if you stick to the buffet. However, they will not give Globalists any upgrades. Even if your room has maintenance and comfort issues, they won't move you rooms (they said they were full despite availability online). In our room specifically, the bathroom doors and closets are all warped so they don't close. The closet has a sensor light that won't turn off as a result (I had to rig it). The bathroom light switch was broken and you had to work magic to get it going. Bathroom door is work to shut fully. Don't scar your family with the door not shutting. The mattresses are the worst night sleep I've had at any property in years. I've stayed dozens of nights at Hyatt's last year across all collections, and I'm shocked at the poor quality of the mattress and pillows at the Andaz, which is supposed to be a higher end hotel. We ended up leaving the hotel early because of our poor night sleep and went to another property. The experience was 10x better elsewhere for less.

Love the Andaz! Beautiful resort and the nicest most helpful staff on the island! The rooms are clean and comfortable and have all the necessities you need for a relaxing and joyful stay. The food is delicious and they can accommodate dietary restrictions - the breakfast buffet always has a couple of yummy gluten free treats - the mini mochi waffles are so good!
