Friday and Saturday night, some upstairs neighbors were rolling something around their floor until past 3 a.m. On the second night, I complained to the front desk after 10 and 12 midnight, but the noise continued until 3 a.m. Sunday afternoon, these maniacs upstair were still rolling crap around after 1 p.m., -- well past check-out time, which the hotel apparently doesn't bother to enforce. The noise, plus the mediocre breakfast and dirty dining area make this hotel a no-go for me. I've stayed here 4 times in the past 2 years, because I like the location (adjacent to restaurants, a movie theater, and hiking trail), but this will be my last stay. Next time in Napa, I'll go to the Best Western just down the street. With the money I'll save, I can buy my own breakfast at one of the many close-by restaurants.

Teníamos dudas sobre que tan bien localizado era el hotel para nuestra estancia en Napa y en este sentido esta muy accesible a las pricipales vías de acceso para ir hacía los viñedos. El hotel esta muy limpio y con habitaciones muy comodas. Quiza solamente un poco ruidoso. We had doubts about how well located the hotel was for our stay in Napa and in this sense it is very accessible to the main access roads to go to the vineyards. The hotel is very clean and with very comfortable rooms. Maybe just a little bit noisy.

The Hampton Inn, Napa was exceptional. The facility was clean and quiet. The front desk staff (I believe her name was Hannity or Harrity) went above and beyond. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is centrally located and in walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores.

The place is fine. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Beware of the little additional charges, however. The hotel is located next to a fitness center and a gigantic movie theatre - so there is plenty of parking, yet they still charge you 15 dollars to park. Ridiculous. I was traveling with a service dog. When I made the reservation there was a box to check to show that the dog was necessary and a service animal - I was still charged an additional 75 bucks. SO, all in all, the whole endeavor cost 90 dollars more than expected. Plus - miscellaneous state tax - 15 bucks Plus - city room tax - 22.49 District Tourism Assessment - 3.14 Welcome to Napa.

Hilton gold here. We traveled to Napa from out of state and stayed for a night on 5/12/24. When looking up the hotel's location on Google map, we saw that it's close to a busy road (Imola Ave) so we called the hotel and requested a quiet room away from the road due to concern with the noise (all of us are light sleepers). The room we got was indeed away from the road...but right behind the electrical room next to the elevator which was making a huge low-frequency noise that penetrated our room - so loud that it was impossible to sleep. We spoke with the front desk immediately and wished to change to a different room, but were told the hotel was sold out for the night and they had never heard of any complaints about this noise, which I found funny because unless you're deaf, you'd be bothered by it. Alright, we'd sleep with earbuds on, not a big issue and we understood. No other complaints about the hotel itself. The next day we had to leave early to catch our flight before breakfast started at 7AM. We spoke with the front desk and were told that they could prepare some to-go bags with a quick breakfast inside. Amazing, or we thought... We grabbed those bags in the morning, thanked the staff, and headed to the airport. One of us was so hungry that they opened the bag immediately and finished the bagel inside on the way. When I finally opened my bag at the airport, I noticed my bagel was so grossly MOLDED. There were also mold marks on the bag of the bagel that had been consumed. It's impossible to not notice if the staff inspected the food before packing it (the bagle was pre-packaged but you can see inside). I threw away the bagel immediately, and the one of us who ate the bagel felt sick after seeing the mold (you'd do too) but luckily didn't seem to have food poisoning so we decided to just take off instead of go to the hospital. I honestly did not think this should be the quality of service we should receive for $300+ a night at a Hilton hotel. Very disappointed.
