"Great location, good breakfast and nice bedroom."

We stayed here for three nights at the start of our honeymoon. The concierge and front desk were very polite and helpful on arrival. The room was immaculate, however our view was just street side nothing fancy. The breakfast had a good spread; waffles, eggs bacon cereal and juice. There were great gym facilities, only downside no pool for the hot weather. Dallas as a whole isn’t the nicest city, lots of questionable areas but the location of this hotel is helpful.

Great, centrally located, clean hotel. We stayed for 2 nights in order to undertake the JFK tour. This hotel is opposite Neiman Marcus, close to restaurants. A small grocery store is located nearby. Service was efficient. Loads of clean towels were supplied. Plentiful breakfast was served in a pleasant area of the hotel. Excellent shower! Happy with our stay.

Hotel itself was very good, clean and spacious rooms. Staff were friendly I would have given this an excellent rating but the breakfast let it down The food was OK BUT …. Everything from the plates, cutlery and cups were made of single use plastic or foam In 2024 why hotels are still doing this is really bad from an environmental viewpoint and the hotel really should be investing in real cups, plates and washing them

Very clean, roomy and everything was supplied to keep me comfortable. Valet parking is a big plus Sammie and Ty was helpful in making sure my car was parked and delivered to me on time. Location was perfect close to airport and uptown. Plenty of local food places around. I would return.

I guess I wasn't expecting anything extraordinary post covid, but would have liked to not have to request room to be refreshed each night at current room rates. Parking rates also a but expensive in addition to room rates, but I guess that's a new norm. Service members were very helpful and friendly.
