"Very clean, but poor service at the front desk"

I have always loved staying at Hampton Inn hotels. However, this one I do not recommend staying here. The dining area and our room were clean. However, the people working at the front desk were not helpful at all. Every Hampton I have stayed at in the past always has a water dispenser, coffee, and fresh fruit or some kind of snack when I check in. This one had nothing. I am a Hilton Honors member. When I asked for water, I was charged $2 per bottle. The room had no TV guide for the channels and when my husband finally found the tv guide channel what it said for each channel was not true at all. There was no "do not disturb" sign in our room. When my husband asked the people at the front desk for one, they told us to go find someone in housekeeping for one. Once my husband found someone, the gave him one from another room. We attended a Dallas Cowboys game and didn't know about making reservations for the trolley to pick us up and take us back to the hotel. We found this out from another couple staying at the hotel because they had done it in the past. When I called the number for the trolley and spoke with customer service, I was told that the people at the front desk of the hotel were supposed to give us the information about how to make a reservation for the trolley. Overall, it was clean and the breakfast service was great. However, the people working at the front desk could use some serious training and manners.

"Terrible run and management for Hampton Hotel"

Stay away from this hotel. The hotel is filthy, has stains on walls, beds are stained. The painted in pealing from the ceilings. Water stains all over the walls. The walls in the rooms has torn wall paper. The walls has marks and mildew on them. There was a plunger in the hallway by elevator that had human remains on it left for the public to see and kids to touch. There were construction workers blocking the handicap parking with no handicap permit for vehicles. There was building materials and scraps left on sideways for several days. They do not meet Hampton requirements for hotels. The rooms didn’t have the correct or right amount of pillows for the rooms for allergic reactions for the guests. They had an American flag up at night with no lights on it which is state laws. The night clerk’s was in office sleeping on their shift. The front desk manager was rude, unprofessional, also cared less about diamond members with Hilton. She tried to over charge for room even after booking thru Hilton app. I wish I could give zero and there is so much wrong it’s hard to less everything just avoid is anyway possible.

Do Not Stay Here! This is by far the worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. It was old and dingy with dirty floors, bathroom and walls. The linens were stained and thin. Lobby furniture was old and stained. There was an unpleasant odor in this hotel. Plunger was sitting in the hallway next to the elevator. Hallways and elevator were hot.

"Worst hotel experience EVER"

I really wish I could give a 0 for a review. Don't waste your money or time on this place. They overcharge you and don't tell you about the charges. The pool and fitness center have been out of order for over a year. They only have 1 ice machine for the enter 5 floors. The carpet is filthy with bubbles (yes, the carpet is so old and stretched out that it has a huge bubble in it), bathroom ceiling shows signs of previous leaks, there are no sheers on the windows, the tub is slippery, and the water is only HOT, and the place is just old and dingy. Not worth any cost. There are no Managers to speak to after 3pm. They don't care about your stay only your money. When you call corporate they offer no help, just that if the hotel fixes their billing issues it will hold up MORE of your hard earned money. I used to love Hilton, but after this fiasco I will be exclusively staying at Marriott properties from now on.

"Cold showers will be my memory"

Dates but nice room. Bed was ok. Shower was bad - low pressure and cold water both days of stay. Wifi was good. Tv was good after someone reprogrammed it. Fridge did not work. There is a trolley stop right at the hotel that takes people to the ballgames and six flags which was nice but also very crowded so both guaranteed that you will get on.
