We booked this room for three nights. Our plans changed unexpectedly and we were unable to get there for the first night. We agreed to pay for the unused night, and in return our room would be held. Upon arrival, the room had been tagged as a « no show » and the only room available was a considerably more expensive suite. The manager could not be located. As it was late, we were stuck. A week later, the manager still has not responded nor any sort of resolution been suggested.

I can't see how people are giving this hotel and excellent rating? Are your standards that low?? Place is dirty for starters, hallways smell musty, and the carpets need to be cleaned. Room was not sanitary like the sign in the room said, additionally they need to be upgraded. They can keep the free breakfast at this place, was horrible. Powered eggs, stale cereal and bad tasting coffee. Not the best people staying at this place as well. Do yourself a big favor and don't stay here!! Shouldn't be associated with the Marriott name at all!!!!!

Excellent spot for travelers: convenient, spotlessly clean, good design and good functionality. Shout out to Maleta who checked me in and went above and beyond to give me good service! The breakfast has many good choices and an alert attendant who refills the buffet stations promptly. Bright lighting for aging eyes, a good shower with easy-to-use spray head, and a comfortable bed made my stay. Though the hotel was full or nearly full, it was quiet at night in the hallways. This hotel is well-managed.

Love the hospitality/staff they were friendly and accommodating, clean rooms Christine,Olga,Sidney were very helpful throughout my stay I like that there are restaurants/bars nearby in walking distance just outside the hotel. Free breakfast is available a variety. Ms. Pam and Zaggy were very helpful

Our family stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for our convention. We read good reviews so we went for it, and we were not disappointed. They have helpful and welcoming staff, especially the General Manager Mirasol. She made our check-in a breeze and was very accommodating as she looked for the room we requested according to our needs. We had a relaxing experience all the way through the last night of our stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. Breakfast is filling to start our day. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again if in the area.
