"Worst stay EVER"

This was by far the worst and most unexpectedly awful hotel stay I have ever had. 0 stars. I was there for 2 weeks on the seventh floor and by the end of the first week we began to fall sick and had flu symptoms with no fever which was odd. One day we noticed the carpet was wet on the wall behind the shower and upon further inspection there was a severe mold and mildew issue all throughout the room that was an obvious long term issue. The first morning we woke up I had noticed an odd smell but didn’t think too much about it as most hotels have that hotel smell. Needless to say, we moved rooms after the discovery to another room and instantly began to feel better. I was in a group with multiple other people who were staying on the 7th floor as well and everyone eventually fell sick, observed their room and discovered mold and when they moved rooms, instantly began to feel better. It appears the hotel would clean the mold from the rooms before people would check in and since we were there on a long term stay, they didn’t get the chance to clean soon enough to hide the mold. On the last morning when we were leaving, low and behold there was a ROACH waving us off in the lobby. This was the WORST, most DISGUSTING, SICKENING stay ever and now to have our health compromised because of it. On the surface, this hotel appears nice but it is the farthest thing from it. The area it is in is not good either, there are homeless people on the curbs in the areas surrounding the hotel and the gas station right down the street has a trash filled parking lot and who knows what goes on there. Their breakfast was pure prison slop and deserves no notable mention other than the fruit. I have photos of the mold and the roach.

Pleasantly Surprised! We had a suite and it was huge! The room was very clean and perfect for us. My only complaint is the lack of power outlets. It was a struggle to find enough outlets to charge all of our devices. The lobby was huge and spacious with lots of different nooks for work or pleasure. There is a small quick service restaurant as well as a bar. They offer a breakfast buffet for $14 which appeared to be basic hotel food. The Pool and hot tub were great as well. The pool area could use a little TLC as there was peeling paint and some maintenance issues. The hotel is right around the corner from Six Flags. I saw they offered a shuttle; but I don’t know anything about it

"Quick stop"

We used the Dayuse app and booked a room from 9am-5pm. It was perfect for our situation and best of all we arrived while they still had breakfast. The server/hostess Sarah was awesome and took great care of us. Very clean hotel and good service.

Breakfast was a treat and our waitress Yanci was professional and very delightful. Her customer service was impeccable. Ellena at the front desk was a pleasure, her welcome set the atmosphere of being at home and she was willing to do whatever to ensure to had a comfortable stay. Thank you ladies we will be back.

"New ACU favorite!"

The ACU cross country team stayed here before our meet at UTA. the staff was more than accommodating to us. We got our rooms at amazing prices and they opened up breakfast early for us. Thank you to Rolando and Yanci especially!!! The hospitality was above and beyond and we will be staying here again!
