"Trans Siberian Orchestra rocks!!"

Attended the Trans Siberian orchestra. Excellent venue! Wide concourse (at least on the 100 level) with variety of food options that are grab, pay and go. However one of the grab-n-go places also was serving beer so if anyone wanted beer, it slowed the down line quite a bit. Enjoyed the Orlando Magic Hall of Fame display near section 114. Very informative and well put together. There is access to the arena using the bridge from the Geico parking garage. Either get there early to access the arena directly or walk from the garage to street level gates. The line to enter the arena utilizing the bridge was super long. Utilizing the bridge to leave was perfect.

"You can do better"

This review is strictly on the food. We attended a Solar Bears game in late October 2024. Figured we would just eat at the stadium to save time. This was a grave mistake. I don’t remember the name of the place but it was right outside of section 110 seating. This was some of the nasty food I’ve ever bought. The burger was awful and the hot dog buns were hard as a rock. This food tasted like it was days old maybe from an earlier in the week concert. And let me tell you how stupid the checkout is. You don’t have a cashier because that would be to easy. You have to set all your food, which you don’t get a tray for so you’re caring everything individually, on to a scanner and it scans your food. But it doesn’t work very good. It kept adding items I didn’t have. A worker helped but said she couldn’t manually change it. I had to split my order for it to read correctly and pay twice which took way longer than it needed to. The worker was very apologetic and we both agreed this was a stupid setup by some moron who had a bright idea. Why are you over complicating everything. This makes lines longer and they don’t even work. This was a awful experience and I will never buy food from the Kia center again.

The game and atmosphere were amazing, quite a close game which was exciting and great to see Magic win first home game. The staff and food and drink were amazing, the entertainment during time outs and quarters were great. They bought round a desert trolley for half time with so many options. Brilliant experience.
