"Horrible stay, unreliable Management"

Avoid staying at this hotel. The customer service is atrocious, and the management—particularly Alex and Suki—is highly unprofessional. During our stay in rooms 401 and 402, we encountered numerous issues. Both rooms had black mold in the bathrooms, rust throughout, and showers that were nearly impossible to operate. The air conditioning in room 401 was malfunctioning. Additionally, the hotel ran out of bottled water during a busy time, which is inexcusable for an establishment with years of experience. The ice machine was broken and not repaired until our last night. The hotel shuttle service was unreliable, dropping us off late at the park and then leaving us stranded at City Walk during pickup. When I tried to address these issues with management, I was ignored. The manager avoided me in favor of a meeting and failed to return my call as promised. When I spoke to Suki later, her attitude was rude and dismissive. Despite claiming the issues in our rooms were resolved, nothing had been fixed or cleaned, and no effort was made to relocate us. Other problems included unsafe outdoor seating with no warning signage, mislabeled and poorly maintained buffet food, no staff cleaning up messes, and the added gratuity not being disclosed by the server. The quality of the buffet was subpar and overpriced. As a state inspector from another state, I can confidently say this hotel would face fines or even closure if it were under my jurisdiction. The management's final resolution—a refund for one night and a $45 bar tab—was insulting given the severity of the problems. I wouldn’t be surprised if this hotel has bed bugs. Avoid it at all costs!

We had a family of 7 on a New Year’s vacation. Cynthia was very helpful at the front desk and Carlos helped unload our bags from our vehicle and bring them to the room. They were able to check us in early. The hotel has a nice heated pool. Kid friendly!

Best bang for your buck in the Disney Orlando area. Great food, rooms, eating, atmosphere, location, parking, outside amenities etc without nickel and dining you or charging you for everything…. Such as the killer breakfast buffet. Kids will love it as much as seasoned citizens.

Beautiful property, a AMAZING ROOM UPGRADE, and literally across the street from Universal. I want to make sure that I take the time to recognize two team members that provided GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Pamela at the front desk was beyond nice, super helpful, and always had a smile on her face even when I asked her at least 100 questions LOL. She was super personable about her and her family. We flew in but Lionel at valet had a smile from ear to ear. We were waiting on the shuttle for universal, but Lionel suggested maybe walking over instead. He made sure we would be comfortable doing so. He provided more comfort by ensuring us it was a quick walk over the bridge. He was right! He also took time to not only ask how was the park but the walk itself. Team members like Pamela and Lionel are the reasons why I choose to spend money at Hilton over any other brands. Yes. Amenities are great but customer service goes a looong way!! We will never forget this Xmas vacation. Please make sure they get recognized.

When I got to hotel immediately unpacked and went to Walgreens down the road. Bought some snacks and pre-cut up watermelon. I put the unopened watermelon in mini fridge and went to the parks. As I returned some of my watermelon was eaten by the house keeping staff that vacuumed my room. Make sure u lock anything u want on your return to room. It’s sad people can’t buy their own food but would rather steal it from the guest. My rooms was not cleaned very well and the dust was very thick which means they clean the bare minimum if that. By the way the check in process is very slow and they do t have enough fro t desk whatsoever to check u in. We waited 48 mins which is absolutely ridiculous! Do I recommend this place NO!
