Our stay was fantastic! The location was perfect- an easy, safe, 20 minute walk to Universal Studios really made this location ideal. A special shout out is in order for Kaina, the front desk agent who got us checked in and supplied us with the most delicious cookies! Kaina was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She was the only bilingual desk agent on duty when we checked in, so she had to multitask to help her coworkers who could not speak Spanish, while ensuring that we were helped quickly and efficiently too. She provided rock star service!

The front desk staff is excellent! My son lost his iPad at another property and Clair and Linda were real troopers in helping to narrow down which property, find the correct phone number and secure the iPad. Clair was patient and empathetic. Linda was supportive and very helpful. A stressful experience was made much more pleasant by the generous support of these two ladies.

I’m having an EXCELLENT stay here now. 10 out of 10. I have been several here before with the same type of experience. I was helped by a nice bellhop. Front desk Diamond incredibly nice and patient with everyone. Manager Keyla was extremely nice too. The conscience of the it being so close to the park was stellar. Close enough to walk to buy I still drove. Really close to a lot of great places to eat. If you are going to Universal or going somewhere near. Stay here.

Amazing Customer Service was excellent! Starting with the front desk: Mario with customer service was great as well . Give him a raise please :) Breakfast was good. House keeping was great. The place was accessible. Shuttles to Unversal were good, they do get crowded later in the day. They could benefit from their shuttle.

If it wasn't for the location this review would be one star. Rooms are very tired. Only got hot water in the bathroom sink so it was lava hot. A/C was super loud, but you couldn't turn it off because the room was so stale smelling that you needed air movement. They had air fresheners hidden in the room, but those did not help. Beds are not comfortable. Bathtub filled up during the shower. We had a do not disturb placard on the door since we were at HHN until 2pm. At around 9:15am we got a knock on the door and before I could answer, the cleaner was coming in. As a diamond member you get a $15/person food credit. But there is nothing to eat for breakfast since the breakfast buffet was $30 in restaurant and $40 to go. And it was no better than a Hampton Inn free breakfast. Sometimes you just want to grab something (muffin, banana, etc) and go and that was not an option. You could only use the credit in the sit down restaurant and the only option in the morning was the buffet (according to the front desk and the server). With all of the other options in Orlando, I would never stay here again. $33 for self parking, which seemed high for the area.
