I booked this hotel specially for shuttle service to Universal and free breakfast. Shuttle was available only from 815am boarding and pick up promptly at 530pm. For the price of tickets to Universal we ended up driving ourselves and paying $30 to park. During our multiple family outings this particular breakfast options were the worst we ever had. When I asked about yogurt and fruit I've been told that it's only during Saturday and Sunday stays. On positive note our room was clean,beds were comfortable.

This is a quiet hotel and the beds were very comfy. I felt that rooms could do with a bit of a remodel but for the price this hotel is excellent value. You can walk to Universal from here. However the biggest letdown is the breakfast. I’ve stayed at other Wingates and other value Wyndham brands at this price point and this breakfast was the worst out of all of them. It really felt like corners were being cut and the food was the bare minimum. Very limited options especially healthier ones. No fruit of any description, and what was on offer all refined carbs and high sugar—not great for those who need something more substantial for a day of exploring Orlando. The sausage patties were dry. The muffins were cold like they had been thawed from the freezer. The pancake machine didn’t work in all the days I stayed there. I noticed that many families were supplementing what was on offer with items they had bought themselves such as yogurt and healthy cereal. There was not fresh cold water available in the lobby during the day as the water option in the juice machine was turned off after breakfast service. I hope the management will be able to provide an enhanced breakfast experience for travellers. If it does I will definitely consider staying there on my next visit.

Great place. Very clean, really nice and professional staff. The location is also great. Beds are nice and comfortable and the furniture, fridge, TV, etc are all great. Would be 5 stars if breakfast was better (too limited and artificial). Items too add for 5 stars include boiled eggs, cut up fruits, more than 2 hot items (less artificial also), and already made Oatmeal!

Nice rooms and very clean. Breakfast needs to improve. Hotel is very well located. Personnel is friendly. I am sure we will back to stay again in another vacations plan. Beds are confortable and soft , enough for a well resting. I will recommend it
