Liki Tiki Village offers spacious suites featuring a living room, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, and washer and dryer. Comfortable beds and upholstered furnishings provide the feeling of home. Each of our high-rise buildings is equipped with an elevator.

When you're ready to go out on the town, take a stroll through the natural wonders of "Old Florida" at Wild Florida, enjoy 50 acres of southern-style gardens at Leu Gardens®, or meander through historic Bok Tower Gardens®. From Liki Tiki Village, it is a short drive to all of Central Florida's theme parks, shopping, nightlife, and thrilling dinner shows. Fees: At check-in time, valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $300 security deposit and a nightly resort fee of $33.75 will be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit) upon check-in. The minimum check-in age is 21.

"Great resort & great staff! 10/10!"

We stayed at Aqua Sol for 5 weeks in Jan/Feb 2025 & loved it! The room we got was clean, big, modern, with a fully stocked kitchen & washer/dryer. The staff were amazing, very friendly & accommodating. Special thanks to Oriana at the front desk, Jaydon at the activities hut & Doris, the guest services manager. They were amazing! Service was great - they would text you to check on you & if you needed supplies, ypu just had to text them & they would bring it to you usually within 15 minutes. The property is lovely, clean & and well-maintained. There is a water park for the kiddos & 2 other pools for those who prefer it quieter. Pools are heated & you can usually get a lounge chair or table no problem. There’s lots of other amenities such as tennis/pickleball, shuffleboard, surrey bikes, paddle boats, mini golf, basketball court, etc. We also loved the weekly owners events, it was a great way to meet other owners. The only small complaint is that the timeshare employees pressure you to go to the timeshare presentations when you check-in, but you just have to be adamant & say no if you don’t want to attend. Besides that everything else was 10/10! Would definitely recommend this resort!!

"Decent accommodations, but far away"

Location kind of a long drive from attractions in extreme traffic congestion, and especially inconvenient to Universal. Roomy and clean interior has been renovated with fresh trim work and paint. The age of this place is given away, however, by the old exterior architecture style and the tiny toilet bowls that take several flush attempts to work.

"Great place for a quick getaway"

The place is really nice. Staff is exceptional. The pools are nice and the water park for kids is great. It would have been nice to have a larger restaurant with a bar for the nights that were chilly when we were there. The bar they have is really small and the restaurant could have had better food selections . Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Aqua Sol Orlando exceeded all our expectations! Gorgeous condo, amazing waterpark, mini golf, paddle boats, fishing, all the amenities were wonderful. We requested a pack & play (if available) and it was at our door before we checked in. Anything we ran out of was delivered in minutes. All the staff were very friendly & accommodating, especially Ainhoa and the fellow at mini golf who went above & beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The resort is also very close to shopping, entertainment and many restaurants.

"Great but needs a 21+ pool area"

It was great! The only thing I would change is that they would’ve had a 21+ pool area and bar. There was a water park which was nice. The rooms were clean and nice. I wish there was screening on all of the balconies but it was a nice view. There were hot tubs which were nice but would’ve liked an area with a pool and hot tub and maybe a bar for 21+ people.
