The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs® Resort is an official Walt Disney World® Hotel. The resort is conveniently situated directly across the street from Disney Springs which is Walt Disney World's world-class shopping, entertainment, and dining district which offers more than 150 venues. Scheduled daily shuttle service/transportation to the four Walt Disney World theme parks is available. Reservations are required. Shuttle schedules and information are provided at check-in.

Each of the hotel’s 232 spacious, Lake House themed guest rooms and are located in the hotel’s 19-story main tower building. All rooms are equipped with plush pillow top mattresses with luxurious linens, high-speed wireless Internet access, a 55-inch HDTV flat-screen TV, mini refrigerator, and an in-room safe.

Kids of all ages will love the Oasis Aquatic Playground, an exciting focal point of this Orlando family resort featuring two pools, interactive water features, and a large hot tub. Adults will relish the opportunity to relax on the beautiful pool deck and soak up the Florida sunshine.

Guests can enjoy a meal at one of the several onsite outlets, including the brand new Oasis Restaurant and Bar located poolside which features great food and refreshing beverages. The Sundial Cafe and Joffrey's Coffee Shop located in the hotel lobby offer the perfect spot to grab a quick breakfast or snack. The LakeView Restaurant, open daily offers a mouthwatering breakfast buffet with all your favorites including Mickey Mouse waffles!

Parking: The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort Area charges a parking fee of $25.00 plus tax per night for gated self-parking. Valet parking services are also available for $30.00 plus tax per night.

Resort Fee: A nightly resort fee of $40.50 (tax inclusive) is collected upon check-in and is not included in the pre-paid reservation pricing.

The reservation holder must be 21 years old with a valid, matching, government-issued photo ID and credit card to check-in.

"Sleepless nights if you get the wrong room due to MAJOR design flaw"

I stayed in the tower and my room shared a wall with an elevator shaft. The door to my room literally opened onto the elevator vestibule. The tower has a bank of four elevators so you can imagine how noisy it was. You could hear the clanking, bumping, and whirring as the elevators went up and down night and day. Then of course every time one of the elevators opened onto my floor the DING DING DING! of the door opening and closing. The noisiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Two rooms on every floor are like this. What idiot architect designed this?!

I had a great experience at the hotel, but booking through the central reservations department over the phone was frustrating. They had trouble understanding my name and what I needed, which led to a lot of confusion. Feeling frustrated, I decided to call the hotel directly and was fortunate to speak with Mariana. She was absolutely amazing! Her customer service was outstanding, she corrected my reservation details, accommodated my preferences, and resolved all the issues. Thanks to her, my stay was seamless and enjoyable. I truly appreciate her help and couldn’t be more grateful!

It was a Great hotel with friendly staff and conveniently located to many exciting things to do. The rooms are clean and serviced well. The price point was very worthy of the value. It’s a hotel for both business, with conference rooms, and families alike. I Highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic Hotel to stay, very comfortable, clean and so close to Disney Springs We went, maybe 5 minute walk! Easy parking, great friendly staff and a beautiful pool. We stayed 3 nights and had a fantastic time nightly at Springs Visited Universal Studios two days, driving a short distance. Old Town is lots of fun and a few minutes drive. Amazing stay in this comfortable and quiet place.

All pros! We were thrilled with our 12 day stay. Pool bartender Bonnie is extremely friendly and accommodating, the food is hot, tasty, and inexpensive. The lobby store has everything you could possibly want especially a late night dash for cough medicine! The restaurant buffet at $25 is truly a bargain and is delicious. Housekeeping does a fantastic job, the rooms are spotless (yes, a hasty remodel however hotel is extremely clean). The beds are so comfortable with down pillows. Oddly no duvets, however we packed our own. We were surprised to be checked in at noon, and the view was incredible, level 5 overlooking pool and lake! The only con...do not ask reception for anything, the answer is always "no" (lol) and yes, the "free gift" is to tour a time share (we politely declined). Overall a fabulous stay at a fabulous price!
