The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs® Resort is an official Walt Disney World® Hotel. The resort is conveniently situated directly across the street from Disney Springs which is Walt Disney World's world-class shopping, entertainment, and dining district which offers more than 150 venues. Scheduled daily shuttle service/transportation to the four Walt Disney World theme parks is available. Reservations are required. Shuttle schedules and information are provided at check-in.

Each of the hotel’s 232 spacious, Lake House themed guest rooms and are located in the hotel’s 19-story main tower building. All rooms are equipped with plush pillow top mattresses with luxurious linens, high-speed wireless Internet access, a 55-inch HDTV flat-screen TV, mini refrigerator, and an in-room safe.

Kids of all ages will love the Oasis Aquatic Playground, an exciting focal point of this Orlando family resort featuring two pools, interactive water features, and a large hot tub. Adults will relish the opportunity to relax on the beautiful pool deck and soak up the Florida sunshine.

Guests can enjoy a meal at one of the several onsite outlets, including the brand new Oasis Restaurant and Bar located poolside which features great food and refreshing beverages. The Sundial Cafe and Joffrey's Coffee Shop located in the hotel lobby offer the perfect spot to grab a quick breakfast or snack. The LakeView Restaurant, open daily offers a mouthwatering breakfast buffet with all your favorites including Mickey Mouse waffles!

Parking: The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort Area charges a parking fee of $25.00 plus tax per night for gated self-parking. Valet parking services are also available for $30.00 plus tax per night.

Resort Fee: A nightly resort fee of $40.50 (tax inclusive) is collected upon check-in and is not included in the pre-paid reservation pricing.

The reservation holder must be 21 years old with a valid, matching, government-issued photo ID and credit card to check-in.

This hotel have an excellent location close to restaurants and walking distance to Disney Springs. The rooms are clean and have everything you must need during your stay. The bar serves good small plates. And if you are traveling with kids they have a game room. Staff - very friendly.

My first time staying at the hotel on a work trip. Incredible experience from start to finish! In addition to an amazing location within a 5 min walk to Disney Springs and a nice pool area/pool bar, the hotel staff were so personable and kind. Shelton at the Valet brought amazing energy and top notch service as soon as we arrived! Then, I had a luggage delay and the bag service received my bag from Delta at 230am and kept it safe until the next morning with no issues. Lastly, after checking out, I left something in the room safe by mistake and within 1 hour Rodrigo from security called and alerted me so I could come back and claim my items before leaving. I even tried to give him a cash tip and he said no and said “I’m just doing my job” which was so impressive! Some stressful travel situations but I was immediately relieved. I highly recommend staying at the Wyndham on your next visit to Orlando!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean, modern, the pool was exceptional, and the food and drinks were good. However, our room wasn’t cleaned/refreshed for 3 days. When I asked about it the front desk staff member seemed put out to assist and threw it on me to have asked for it. The room information stated we wouldn’t get fresh bedding or towels until the 3rd day. There was no indication that we had to ask for a room to be cleaned. One bed was outstanding and the other was horrible! All in all it was a hotel I would stay at again if I want a hotel close to Disney Springs with a great pool and a reasonable price.

This is a perfect location, close to all parks. Free shuttle services available and prompt. The front desk staff were super nice. The room was clean and spacious with a great view of Disney springs and the parks. The accommodations were awesome. Highly recommend a stay here. We will be back !!!

Our family had an amazing time, we will definitely stay here in the future. The housekeeper Wislaine does an amazing job and she is very welcoming. Great customer service for sure. The only thing is that the pool was too cold to enjoy, but I believe it can be resolved…..
