"Better options available in Tampa"

Worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed at. Unorganized and grossly overpriced for the accommodation. Room for 1 night, a burger I picked up because they did not offer room service (who doesn’t offer room service?!), a “free” lunch and two 24 hour parking passes came to nearly $500. Room and food alone were $438. Booked to include breakfast, restaurant was closed for breakfast. Concierge offered me a $40 credit for lunch, which I used but it was not honored. Bed was ok. Water pressure was not bad but not good. Valet was unavailable both times I tried using it. The adjacent parking lot charges in 24 hour increments that end one hour before checkout, which just feels like a cheap money-grab on the unwary traveler. Night staff were not very helpful, but they weren’t rude, just not at all helpful in locating a functional office space (both of their communal use computers were out of service). Dayshift concierge was much more helpful. Overall - unorganized, run down, way overpriced. Unless you need this exact location, there are many MANY better options in Tampa!!

The service was amazing . At an obvious aging facility the kindness, service quality and professionalism was first class. Everyone was polite, intentionally willing and had a smile. The breakfast experience at 211 restaurant did it all. The greeter started it off✅ then Dane, OMG, I assumed she was the manager the way she carried herself and engaged me to find out she was my server for the day. Great job Dana. Can’t forget my omelet was on point.

Kevin, Landon, Dino, and arinze were great. They handled my valet service with great care for my truck and for me. I would recommend anybody to valet their car here with the valet guys at Hilton downtown Tampa. It was a smooth and easy transition.

Aiden K was my server in the 211 restaurant for breakfast. Even though I only ordered a bagel, he was kind, funny, not put off by my small order and just the nicest server. Best bagel I’ve ever had for breakfast, hands down! Kudos to Aiden and thanks for a great start to my day!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this location & hotel :) First off Kyle at the front desk- truly amazing, wonderful and excellent! He is so genuine and kind, and truly goes above and beyond, with his exceptional customer service. He made our stay so special- we can’t thank him enough :) please promote him if you haven’t already- you are so lucky to have him on your team! Bryanna shout out to her- so sweet and detail oriented! The hotel was lovely, the area was fabulous, so easy to walk everywhere, the breakfast buffet was fresh, hot and delicious, shout out to the following star employees at the restaurant: Mytran, Andrea, David, Mita, Chauncy, shout out to Roda in housekeeping- so sweet and attentive with anything we needed. If I could leave 10 stars I would for this hotel. Also- the rooftop pool and hot tub is great! Highly recommend staying here when you visit Tampa :)
