Room 1115 wow , lack of Maintenance Clogged shower , food by the Sink drain , broken towels hook , desk lamp without bulb, Bathroom sink stopper out full of hair , I went to desk and the lady there don’t even apologized only she offer I’ll send maintenance which I declined because I was tired , I’m Director Engineering for Hilton and I 100% sure that in my Hotel a room in that condition never will be rented.
