No coffee in rooms , a thief on property stole my wife's very expensive diamond bracelet, asked for a late check out the next day. After dealing with security until 12 pm. Gee the gave us a hour!Food was 4 star for the price , called to buy tickets to the awakening show. I purchased the same row for 35 % less in 10 minutes online, Let's not forget a resort fee of $ 50 a day they have NO BELLMAN. Everywhere you turn the are trying to buckle and dime you. THEIR ARE BETTER OPTIONS!!!!!!

Soooo expensive. I’ve been to the Wynn every fall for the past few years and the prices seem to have sky rocketed. I ordered 1 bagel and 1 latte and the total was $43. Also, you have to pay daily to use the wifi so I am not able to work, nothing will load on the basic wifi plan. You can get so much more for your money elsewhere.

I was very upset that I had a room with a rotten view - I looked out to a parking lot and plain brown building, part of the Wynn complex, blocking the view of what should have been a pretty view. I believe this was entirely due to using the self check-in. Then when I tried to immediately change the room, they said they couldn't, maybe they could in two days, but after two days (and me still not unpacking), they told me they couldn't change my room. I was here for a week, so to have a crappy view all week was very disheartening. Also, I gotta say - I hate not having a standard remote control for the TV. I like the remote control for the rest of the room, but not for the TV. There is no Backchannel button, you can't scroll through the channels like you normally do, the guide stinks because it doesn't always show what's on each channel (if it started earlier, you have to scroll back). I just hate it. Plus I resent the thought that all my channel-watching data is being recorded somewhere, and feel like a guinea pig. (Which is why I also had to unplug the Alexa in the room.) And I hate not having a coffee maker. Yes, there is coffee in the hotel, but either I have to go downstairs and get it, or I have to order room service, which is a bit stupid when all you want is a cup of coffee. And I like to have my coffee first thing in the morning before I'm dressed.

Nice hotel, food was over-priced and under-delivered tasted like microwave prepacked heated up food. Ate at the lobby bar and again room service with the same experience. Gambling was very disappointing- tried several slots never a win over $30 betting $2.50-5. I won't go back.

The Wynn is the only hotel we stay at in Las Vegas. It’s been been consistent for years and has everything anybody could ask for. It’s lovely. A few things I’ve always liked about the hotel. It’s elegant in a fun way. Rooms are comfortable and large. Great beds and linens. Great pool are. Great gym and spa . Really good food. Good employees. And before this past week, it’s clean! We stayed for several days in a nonsmoking King room. For the first time ever, checkin was a disaster. How hard could it be. Reservation was fully paid in advance. The front desk person had to redo our keys 3 times because each time he would say, it’s a smoking room, it’s a room with two beds, it’s a handicap room. After 40 minutes we finally got a king room. Non smoking room. We got to our room which wrecked of smoke and was dirty. I hope someone reads this and says attention. I love this hotel but these types of issues are unacceptable.
