Monique, the cocktail waitress/server was amazing!!! Very customer service friendly...came out of her section to make sure we were taken care of. The drinks were very good. Food at the Drafts sports bar and grill was delicious. We got chicken fingers and onion rings....$20 but it fed both of us. Absolutely amazing experience!!

I was greeted when I arrived this week at westgate Las Vegas by Mr. Westgate. He was the best dressed as always in the resort. Also his smile lights up the room and makes every guest feel wonderful. He truly is an asset and the best dressed employee at the resort. Seeing him when I arrive always starts the visit off right. Thanks Mr Westgate

My Week at the Westgate Las Vegas: A Trip Report * Overall: Extremely disappointing stay marred by constant problems and a general feeling of neglect. This hotel is clearly prioritizing its timeshare guests, leaving regular visitors feeling like an afterthought. * Room: While the room itself was a decent size and somewhat modern if you like an early 90s style, it was far from clean. Finding hair from previous guests in the bathroom is simply unacceptable. To add insult to injury, daily housekeeping was not provided, a fact never mentioned during booking or check-in. * Amenities: Calling the amenities "lacking" would be generous. The pool was closed during my entire stay, the elevators were constantly malfunctioning, and the Wi-Fi was completely unreliable. Forget about getting any work done! As a resolution one was asked to call some external 1800 hotline. * Service: With the exception of a few friendly faces, the staff seemed either overwhelmed or indifferent to the hotel's problems. A particularly unpleasant encounter with a snappy and unhelpful phone operator left a sour taste in my mouth. * Outdated: The hotel has a dated feel, with worn carpets and a general lack of upkeep in the common areas. It's clear that this property has seen better days. * The "Resort Fee": Adding a mandatory resort fee for amenities that were largely unavailable felt like adding insult to injury. While the hotel did eventually refund two days' worth of this fee after some uncomfortable back-and-forth, it shouldn't have been necessary to fight for it in the first place. Would I return?: Absolutely not. Until the Westgate addresses its serious maintenance issues, improves its cleanliness, and starts treating all guests with respect, I would strongly advise staying elsewhere. You have plenty of better options.

"Let’s keep the music playing 🥰"

This band is exactly what Las Vegas needs. They play a wide range of music for everyone. We can hum or sing or dance and sway in your seats. We did line dancing and we did a dance line. It was fabulous. We had around 25 friends who met up for drinks and food. We were not disappointed!!!

"Great overall experience"

As owners, right of the bat, we were received by Loreal, at the owners check in, and she was just wonderful, super helpful, always answered all of our questions. The personnel were all very helpful and kind. Everything was very clean. Not a fan of the smell of cigarettes in most of the lobby because they allow smoking in the casino (which takes up most of the lobby), but other than that, it was great. Loved having dinner at Benihanas.
