"Just what we needed."

We went down to Ticaboo for a side by side ride. Opted to stay at this lodge. Reservations were easy and the room was as expected. We were greeted by Thomas. He gave us great insight for a couple rides including "the taste of Ticaboo" trail (62 miles). His insight was on point and greatly appreciated. As far as the rooms go, they were as expected. It's not 5 star, nor does it pretend to be. The only things I would recommend to management is to update their electrical plugs/outlets and ancillary equipment. The room outlets were loose as well as their ancillary attachments. I would also recommend non-slip pads in the bath tubes. It was great to have fridge (with freezer) as well as microwave. Bed was comfortable with nice soft pillows. Staff (Thomas and Maddie) were very pleasant and easy to talk to and work with.

We (5 machines) are veteran riders and never used guide but due to limited info on trails, we decided on half day tour. Luckily since we were so happy with our guide Mike, we were able to extend to full day. He was excellent and before our trip was over, we felt like we had made a new friend. Highly recommend him and a tour. We had our own machines and vehicles so reasonably priced.

I'm not a picky person but holy moley these rooms are gross. The toilets are disgusting and the floors have food crumbs all on them. Kris the cleaner leaves envelopes asking for tips in them. He needs to learn to clean before asking me for money. I'd Stay in bullfrog if you can make it there.

This place has out seen it's glory days. It's still better than the options in Hanksville. Don't expect any restaurants nearby and no included breakfast. Had they included a free breakfast I would give it a 4 star review.

This place has seen it's hay day come & go! It is definitely gone! The restaurant next to the lodge, I was told when I called the front desk, was open. When we arrived, I was informed it had been closed for a very long time. The guy at the front desk was a bit rude. And when I asked where would be a good place to dine near by. I could hardly understand what he was saying. I would avoid this stop at all cost.
