Thousand Hills Resort Hotel in Branson, MO

The hotel was great but didn't like the breakfast selection 😕 Hotel was beautiful and very nice and clean 😁 The breakfast only had sausage which I don't like bacon is better but everyone is different. Had no yogurt which I love 😀 Other than that it was a great place to stay but you had to walk a mile to get to your car if you didn't get a close spot but not fun if you have a few things to bring in.

This hotel need a renovation. The outlets didn’t work. I had to purchase cleaning supplies myself for the bathroom the toilet was nasty. The heat did not work. The breakfast was cheap served the same thing daily. No hot cereal, no waffles or pancakes, no bacon only pork sausage links, with cold cereal biscuits . I was told the 9th floor is updated everything else was given shelter / cheap vibes . The vacations planner trick me it you stay here request the 9th floor all the other lower level floors rooms are not fit to stay in

We had to change rooms 4 times before we got a room that was half decent. First room the springes were poking out of the mattress, then the second time the heat didn't work, the third time the mattress were worse ( they were black) and then we got to the 4 room and it was okay. I will never stay there again.

Who knew that 2 years, from Dec 2022 to Dec 2024 could result in such a huge difference in the quality of this hotel. First, we paid extra for an "updated king suite". It was not a suite by any definition, the bed was a king, but too old to be updated, at least not in this current decade, and updated is a stretch not worthy of the meaning of updated. Dirty, scuffed walls and furniture, rust and mold in the tub shower stall, tattered well worn carpet and a strange odor. That was room one. They moved us to a second room. Same as above, except the toilet tank continuously started and stopped running water with such regularity one could count down a lunar launch with its cadence. So on to room three. This one has all of the above issues, except one can add the nauseating odor of cooking breakfast grease to the list. We can not get our money back, and can not afford to let it go, but we can advise you to stay at your own risk. Never again for us.

Over all, not bad. Beds were comfy. A lot of pillows. It is not a resort. Room was basic, a step up from a motel. There is a large bank of elevators but is in one spot, in the middle of the hotel. Long hallways. Lower ceilings. Stairs unfortunately on ends of building. Room generally quiet. Hvac needs to be quieter. No fans in bathroom. Mini frig is okay. No freezer function. Coffee maker is one cup at a time. Bring more filters/coffee or bring your own coffee maker. TV is basic. There is wifi but kinda not working/unable to connect. One microwave per floor and one down in basement. There is housekeeping but you would have to seek them out for supplies. Fantastic staff - front office and housekeeping. Nice small bar. Medium to higher prices for drinks. Great bartenders. Service window for pool. Can order food at bar. TVs in bar. Swimming pool tiny. Towels are provided. Clean, but small area for such a large hotel. Liked the hallway of Veterans. Skip breakfast alltogether-nothing is fresh. Again loved all the staff here also (restaurant area). Parking lot, not for the weak footed.
