"Relaxing stay in a gem of the south"

We we greeted at the valet with wide smiles and friendly service. The door man was nice to open our door and greet us with smiles and generosity. Our check in was much the same. The exquisite decor of this place is breath taking. And we were given free champagne vouchers to use at the hotel’s billiard and bar room. I believe it was a speak easy during prohibition. The hotel is true to its roots in the decor. You feel you have stepped back into the roaring twenties. It is supposed to be haunted as well, and you can take a guided historical haunt tour to the haunted room 311 upon request. All in all this was a wonderful stay. Very much thanks to the generosity and character of our greeter and tour guide John.

"Fine stay in Chattanoogas Finest Historic Hotel"

Fabulous stay at the elegant and retro 1920s decor in downtown Chattanooga. Large suites, comfortable bed, beautiful decor. Details throughout were amazing! Intricate wallpaper, detailed molding, swooping & sparking chandeliers, marble floors.. for a start. Excellent fine dining options. Starbucks within the hotel for a quick pick-up. Kuerigs are also in the rooms. The staff were professional, efficient and helpful. We plan on going again soon and will be taking family with us. A delightful experience to remember.

"Amazing hotel, even better bar!"

We went for a business trip everything about the hotel was great, but the bartenders went above and beyond especially Monica. The entire group had fun and this is a very important meeting so we are happy that they were able to accommodate us. When we are back in town, we will definitely stay there again.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. We stayed one amazing night on our way to Florida. We were greeted at the door and from that moment on, it was an incredible experience. The room was beautiful and very spacious. The gentleman that took us up to our room and brought our luggage up was very professional and obviously loved being there. So did we. The victrola in the lobby and the furniture was impressive. Spotless throughout. The gentlemen valets went above and beyond. We were very pleased and booked one night on our return home. Next time, we will stay longer.

Absolutely the best place ever!!!!!! Very helpful and friendly staff! Amazing amenities!! 10 out of 10 would recommend! This place has the best views the rooms are great size as well as the showers are amazing too! Love how close it is to fun attractions!
