"Wonderful Time"

The Hotel was very nice. We enjoyed Starbucks and the restaurant that is there. The staff was very helpful. The staff - I think Christine at the front desk- let me borrow her personal plug in for my phone because the USB port didn’t work. A man at the front desk gave us a map and directions to the Chattanooga Choo Choo. The valets were great and quick! James R. was superb. We liked the shower and the giant TV.

Great location and very easy to find. Was greeted immediately upon arrival by Kenny who took our car and gave us recommendations on local dining. Easy check-in with Eddie who texted us after check- in to make sure everything was perfect. We ate at the hotel bar in the lobby and had excellent drinks and meal served by Randy! Great bartender! Room was beautiful! Great bed and nice bathroom. In room coffee. Big plus….full service Starbucks in lobby. Placed my order thru Starbucks app from room and when I got to lobby order was waiting. Great service. Aaron got our car for us from garage and it was ready for us when we got to lobby. Love this location when traveling home from Florida.

"Warning- Run AWAY from this hotel!!"

Absolutely horrible Hilton hotel. Would never stay there again and would advise anyone looking to find somewhere else. This Hilton is not up to par with any other Hilton I’ve ever stayed at. It shouldn't even be operating. Checked in around 7:45pm. 4 people (2 adults + 2 kids) booked in a suite on the reservation but the second bed was not made, only 2 of each type of towel, zero waters, trash and food under pull out bed, and a dirty sock by the bed (huge red flag that the room was not cleaned), absolutely filthy mirror covered in a layer of what I imagine is hair spray, finger prints, etc. No information given at check in on where breakfast is (paid for with our stay), no information about on site dining options either. No information about the parking deck I prepaid for either. This turned out to be hassle too when we tried to leave the parking deck and our keys did not work. We had to park again, walk back to the hotel for new keys to exit the garage. We just got a quick here are your keys have a great night. Left for dinner so the room could be cleaned after chatting with the front desk several times about the issues. Came back almost two hours later to a vacuum still in our room that we had to remove and carry down to the front desk. When we returned we also had to get enough towels from the front desk since they were not provided. No hand soap in the bathroom. Would not recommend this establishment. Checking out was quite the experience. Cesar, the director of operations, accused me of lying about the condition of the room. He said it was impossible as he and Jake had checked the room themselves, which from my photos and the experience all four of us had is a lie. This was in front of my children who obviously witnessed the same conditions I did. Once I began showing him pictures he made it clear he did not want me contacting Hilton about this experience. We were traveling for sports and it fell on our anniversary weekend. The last thing I wanted was a crappy hotel stay but Cesar made sure to deliver that for us. Honestly, avoid this property. There are many other places to choose from in the area within walking distance to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. This is Hilton is a hard pass. Do NOT stay at this hotel and don't expect Hilton to make it right either. It's been over two weeks and hours on the phone and no one will remedy this.

Great hotel with plenty of amenities. Beds are comfortable and room has plenty of space. Nice restaurant, rooftop bar, and a Starbucks all were great. Location is perfect for seeing town, and the staff, especially James R., made the trip wonderful!

Had some technical difficulties with my stay. Internet issues. I travel here often and was so irritated that I considered staying at a different hotel on my next trip to Chattanooga. The manager on duty, Caesar, was so helpful, polite and courteous that I went ahead and booked my next stay. The customer service that I received was insurmountable. Thank you Caesar for your dedication to delivering the best experience possible.
