"Didn't even stay one night! Trash!"

Stay far away!!! Trash hotel with police showing up and homeless people hanging out on the benches outside your room and in the parking lot. Trash overflowed. Only one bath towel in the room. Sink clogged. Holes in the walls. My daughters were scared to stay there so we didn't stay yet the charged us for the night anyway because "policy". What a joke! Terrible staff that don't care. This place is a disaster!!

Stay far away from this hotel. The first room we were given reeked of cigarettes ( it’s a non smoking hotel). It was really awful and unacceptable. We called up the manager to confirm. He was so sorry and said the only other room available had a broken AC unit. It was 108 in Tempe…because one of the units worked we took the room. It was dirty, had broken lights and furniture and even with one AC unit working uncomfortable. The property itself has broken stairs creating a hazard, trash and in the stairwells. At breakfast both coffee machines were broken as were the drink machines. They ran out of hot breakfast within the first hour. The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

I was there because I needed to be close to Banner University Hospital. Needed to be close to my sibling who was having surgery. Room had broken lamps and holes in the walls. Hot tub didn't work. Rooms were not cleaned regularly. Complained to manager and did not receive any response.

I really love Best Western Hotels and stay at them often. This best western in Tempe Arizona did not live up to my expectations. On the room floor was not clean, which kind of gave me the creep vibe. There was an unknown person who knocked on our door late in the night. the hot tub didn’t work, but the pool was clean and very nice. The breakfast at this hotel was horrible. They didn’t have any regular hot coffee or cream. They had cereal with no milk and they had cream cheese but no bagels. If you’re going to advertise breakfast and you want to stay consistent, please do so. I think the management is out of the loop on this place.

Dirty. No curtains and poorly fitted blinds with a bright light outside so no darkness at night. No coffee available at breakfast. Coffee machine broken all 3 days I was there. No internet. Terrible breakfast. Unrecognizable eggs. Don’t stay here.
