This property does not allow motorcycles, motorcycle trailers, or three-wheeled vehicles from April 1st – October 1st.

A $250 credit card pre-authorization is required at check-in as a security deposit. Pre-Authorization, less any charges, released upon check out. The credit card used for the initial deposit must be presented at check-in, with matching photo ID.

Pools are open 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
North & South Tower Pools are heated and enclosed from approximately mid-November through approximately May 1, 2024.
Spring: Outdoor Pools are heated approximately April 1 through June 1, 2024 (South Tower 1 Outdoor Pool through June 14, 2024)
Fall: Outdoor Pools are heated October 1, 2024 through December 1, 2024
Note, Villa 1 Pool and lazy rivers are not heated.
When pools are heated the temperature is approximately 84 degrees. Dates are subject to change. Select hot tubs are open seasonally.

The fees mentioned are subject to change and applicable taxes.

At this time daily housekeeping is not available. Additionally:
All rooms will be made up with fresh, clean linens and towels prior to every guest check in. Exchange of towels, bed linens and other amenities will be provided upon request only during your stay. Please trade dirty linens in to get clean linens if required.
Trash will be emptied upon request.

We stayed in 316 in the South Tower. It was decorated beautifully and had a great view of the ocean and pools. We had breakfast in the North Tower and Allie and Marvin were amazing! Both were very friendly and attentive to us. My children love coming there and ask for them when we come back every year.

Staff were amazing. Called for ice maker that hadn't started making ice on arrival. They brought us a bag immediately and front desk called to make sure it arrived. Allie, Marvin, and Peter at the Captain's Cove went so far out of their way to give excellent service. If you want to feel like a pampered, valued guest, stay here.

Food for breakfast was mediocre. I did not have the omelets, but they looked good. Sausage patties were dried out. Bacon was not cooked well. Sausage gravy did not have a savory taste. Room was comfortable. No tissues provided in the room. The room gave a great view of the ocean. We were too busy to use the amenities, but the pools looked great. Water pressure in shower was adequate. Allie, Peter, and O'brien were outstanding. They waited on us and gave us the royal treatment. They gave our drinks in to-go cups if needed and filled our personal coffee cups. They were very organized and efficient.

The rooms were very well used and tired. End table lights were rusty. Slider in living room needs to be replaced. Useable closet space unaccessible. No tissue due to budget cuts per staff. The omelet maker Marvin was wonderful, friendly, and an excellent chef.

Room was ok. Breakfast buffet was great, Peter & Allie were great servers, and Marvin was absolutely the best!! Marvin was so personable, made the best omelets and always put a smile on our faces 1st thing in the morning. Marvin is one of the hardest and most genuine workers & such a sweet man.
