This property does not allow motorcycles, motorcycle trailers, or three-wheeled vehicles from April 1st – October 1st.

A $250 credit card pre-authorization is required at check-in as a security deposit. Pre-Authorization, less any charges, released upon check out. Availability of funds may vary based upon your financial institution and account type and may take 10+ days. The credit card used for the initial deposit must be presented at check-in, with matching photo ID.

Pools are open 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
North & South Tower Pools are heated and enclosed from approximately mid-November through approximately May 1, 2024.
Spring: Outdoor Pools are heated approximately April 1 through June 1, 2024 (South Tower 1 Outdoor Pool through June 14, 2024)
Fall: Outdoor Pools are heated October 1, 2024 through December 1, 2024
Note, Villa 1 Pool and lazy rivers are not heated.
When pools are heated the temperature is approximately 84 degrees. Dates are subject to change. Select hot tubs are open seasonally.

The fees mentioned are subject to change and applicable taxes.

At this time daily housekeeping is not available. Additionally:
All rooms will be made up with fresh, clean linens and towels prior to every guest check in. Exchange of towels, bed linens and other amenities will be provided upon request only during your stay. Please trade dirty linens in to get clean linens if required.
Trash will be emptied upon request.

Our view was obstructed by construction so it was not ideal. We were with Christian Tours and some of us could go out on the balcony while others couldn’t. Our ceiling was filthy . The breakfast was amazing especially the made to order omelets by Marvin and the excellent service of Allie, Peter and OBrien. They made our experience better all the way around!

The 4 star review is for the wait staff and not our unit. We enjoyed immensely the service from the wait staff. Allie, O'Brien, and Peter were very attentive, and gave great customer service. Martin at the omelet station served up a great omelet and was a delight to chat with. We were disappointed, however with our unit. Not very clean, very cramped, and we were disappointed that we were unable to use the balcony.

The Hotel was okay, but renovations prevented use of balconies which was a bummer! The restaurant in the hotel gets a 10! The food is delicious and special preparations by Marvin make breakfast even more special. Allie is absolutely top notch! Service with a smile and efficient. O'Brien and Peter were also very helpful. Allie and Marvin make breakfast and lunch an amazing experience.

Wonderful staff, food, views, water facilities (indoor/outdoor pools, hottubs, lazy rivers), and schedule of extra activties for all age levels (water aerobics). Allie and Peter were fabulous at keeping the restaurant moving along; Marvin did wonders with the waffles and omelets; and Janean (front desk) went out of her way to assist us with any issues during our stay.

Allie provided excellent service for breakfast and lunch. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was a very hard worker and was everywhere. Marvin made excellent waffles and omelets. It made our stay more enjoyable.
