"Customer service at the box office is disgraceful! go to The Alabame Theater instead."

We signed up on line for two flex tickets for Time Warp @ $27 each. When we got to the box office there were 4 tickets waiting for us. Who knows what happened. We told the rep we only wanted two of them. She told us she would have to check with someone. We went back to the box office at intermission and someone else told us that the tickets were non-refundable. They offered us two vouchers for future shows. But, we were from out of town and had no intentions to return. They told us that they would not do anything for us, that they would process the entire amount, double what we wanted. They are supposed to be in the hospitality business. They are supposed to be in the customer service business. But, they made a decision to stick it to us! Absolutely disgraceful! There are other theaters in town. The Alabama theater is just north on US 17. You want a good entertainment experience, go there instead.

"Beware very Churchy"
TripAdvisor user rating 2.0 out of 5

We were so excited to see this while on vacation and it started great but when the "comedian" came out and started a preachy script on Christianity and how they are ONLY focusing on Christmas and if its offensive you can basically leave etc it felt very uncomfortable for anyone who was not of the Christian faith but wanted to see the show. Basically if you don't believe in Church and Christianity they don't care. Half the songs are Jesus and they could have left the cult like feeling out and not so politically driven to make it a better experience. I was very disappointed in this and will not return.
