"Wonderful Experience with Our Two Pups"

My husband and I brought our two dogs on the Refresher ride. The staff were friendly and accommodating. One of them even brought our dogs a bowl of water. That was sweet of her as we didn't ask for it. There were board games, which I appreciated because playing games during the ride made it more fun. There are reviews that criticize the terrible scenery. So the train is located at West Sacramento along the river and fields. People, really? Did you expect them to be different than what you see out of your car window along the freeway? I give this one less star because of the concession snack choices and small drink sizes. The concession needs to have more snack variety and not the vending machine types. As for the drinks, those tiny cheap cups disappointed.

"Enjoyed the ride, music too loud though"
TripAdvisor user rating 4.0 out of 5

We've done the Boba train a few times. Always enjoyable. This time, however, the very loud dance music they were playing made it less pleasant. The train itself is quite loud when you're riding in the open cars, so I guess they felt they had to compensate for that by turning the music up really loud. We enjoy the experience for the views and the chill, relaxing vibe, but that's just us. Maybe the loud music works well for the rides that serve alcohol and the whole "party" vibe, but that's not what we were looking for. Other than that it was nice as always. They had cute decorations throughout the train and staff was VERY pleasant and welcoming! We will likely do it again.

"Not worth the price"

Drinks are weak and not good. There was one particular bartender that was rude, all I asked for was a soda and didn’t wanna give it to me because it was for mixers. Too expensive for what it is. At least have fun bartenders and better music. Train is cool and the environment is great! But not worth the price. Was not impressed

Wow, it was bad. A painfully slow, clunky ride through depressing scenery. Outrageously priced for what it is. Avoid it.
