There was so much mold in the halls and the rooms it was not possible to sleep in them. Also, the bedding had terrible stains. We had two rooms and they were both bad. After being moving to another floor, those rooms were not much better. Our guys had to leave and do find another hotel. The manager Samantha refused to refund our money or even listen to our complaint. She would not return any of my phone calls or email. After calling repeating I happened to by chance get her on the phone. She claims all of the rooms are just fine. This hotel is deplorable. It should be torn down and rebuilt, or at least renovated. After speaking with the manager I now know why the hotel is so poor. The parking lot is also very unsafe on one side. Across the train tracks is a very dangerous part of town. We booked these rooms because they were two blocks from the convention center. We will never, ever book another Red Roof Inn again.

The staff was so pleasant an professional nice and helpful, the rooms were very clean an kept up, The manager Samantha was so warm an welcoming . The local sites are nice too see. I will definitely recommend family an friends to stay here, an I will be back.

Where to start....came into town looking forward to going to Alamo etc and got there during the time when the manager was there, a tall woman who seemed clueless about an issue we had. Upon further communication with employees as to why the manager is on the premises after dark sitting in her truck making the property look really like a motel 6, I find out she lives onsite witb her whole family and dog! Motel 6 vibes! Checked in and the room given to us on the 5th floor stunk. It had roaches, ants, and a fly. Hairy sheets. Very dank room with no microwave or fridge, no breakfast, no housekeeping! Are they for real? This property needs to be condemned.

2022 stay was happy, 2023 not as much, tub was plugged and water wouldn't drain, complained, was moved to another room. next morning a bag of bread was infested with ants threw away $10.00 worth. Never bought any foods cause of the ants! Told front desk and said maintenance would take care of it, but (?) were never sure cause we ourselves sanitized and cleaned area quickly.

It did located near the city center, Riverwalk and Alamo is just walking distance, which is great. However, the hotel doesn't provide housekeeping service. Over my stay, they don't change the towel and refill shower amenity, my rubbish bin is full and no one change that. The coffee machine didn't clean up, still dirty water inside with some hair, so disgusting. Charging for such a high price without any service provided is definitely overcharged.
