"An okay experience"

The hotel needs a major maintenance upgrade. The floors need repairing. The room orientation should have beds towards the beach front side and sofa on the other side. They did not provide dish wash and utensils they provided were not cleaned. The only great point of this hotel was the beach view.

View was awesome. Condition of room a little tired. Chipped paint and rusted suitcase rack. Awkward to have large spa tub in room, but boy was it relaxing. Parking hard to find on street, but attendant was awesome. Pay the extra for valet. Walk next door and have drinks and dinner..

"A good stay in a good location"

Pleasant staff who let us check in early. No problems with the parking. Clean, and the beds are comfortable. Lots of power points. Wifi is ok. Kitchen looks good but there's no cutlery, plates, toaster, pot scrubber. There were 2 small glasses, some bowls, and 2 saucepans. It seemed odd, either the kitchen is equipped or its not.

Room was very dirty, front desk was rude. Garbage everywhere. Pool was gross hot tub was worse. Stay on the beach and not here. Awful!!!! Put your money elsewhere!!! Stay by Diego’s restaurant!! Amazing there. Radisson was awful smelling and dirty.

The pull out couch/bed was very uncomfortable and very dirty and still had a dirty blanket on it and crumbs in the couch and called 3 times to get it cleaned noone showed up to clean it when they said they would. So make sure you check for clean beds. Room 907 is very noise near the elevators. Didn't have a good experience with this hotel and I had to use my points for this stay very disappointed. There parking was terrible also nowhere to park
