"A nice experience"

Tenesha was great... She is a great customer service representative... Our room wasn't ready when we checked in & she called us when our room got ready... She also gave us suggestions on restaurants... The only negative was our bedding was very dingy. Bed was well made.

We stayed in the king suite with balconies. So we had one large balcony. The rooms floor was very dirty. My husband washed it and the rags were dark gray/ black. The paint is older, needs updating. The sheets had hair on then when we turned the bed down. Inside shower door slide dirty, needs attention. Very little dishware for meals. Pillows on couch should be washed. Remote for bedroom tv was behind the dresser. When dresser was moved in was very dirty underneath. Could use more than one very small waste basket for suite. We purchased another one. Also could use a hand towel holder for wet washcloths and hand towels. Baseboards and walls need washing. The Tvs were updated and worked great. Frig and microwave were clean inside. Bed was ok comfortable. Closet and drawer space good for 1 couple. Beautiful view of the gulf and beach. Deck chairs are provided. Room seems older, needs attention throughout our room. Checkin was easy. They were very helpful. Lobby is realky nice with coffee.

"It’s right on the water and that’s the best part"

We came for a couple of nights for Valentine’s weekend. The ONLY good thing about this place really is that it’s right on the water. The views are amazing, and you can walk right out to the beach. First, the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. I called down to ask for more toilet paper (because they only left 1/2 a roll in the room) and she said ok and hung up on me. My husband spoke to a man about booking who was also rude. Second, we had a king size bed and not a king size blanket. It barely touched the edges of the bed without two people under it. With two people, you couldn’t even cover yourself well. No other blankets were available in the room. Next, my husband tried each morning to get coffee in the lobby and there was nothing but decaf. The regular was empty. He asked the front desk for some for the coffeemaker in our room and they wouldn’t give it directly to him, just told him they would send some up. TWO HOURS LATER, they finally brought some…most of it decaf. Then, the floor was dirty. I had to wear socks the whole time in the room and they were filthy after. Our bathroom was also dirty. Mold growing, dust and dirt around the edges…at least the towels were clean. The microwave in our room was rusty inside. There was silverware in the kitchenette, but no forks…just butter knives and spoons. They charge for ICE. The elevator buttons (to call the elevator) didn’t always work right away, we would have to push them several times. The parking situation was also atrocious. You might be able to park in front of the hotel. Or on the street in front of the hotel. Or under the hotel. Or at the hotel NEXT DOOR. There was a handicapped spot that they took up with some sort of trailer so too bad if you’re handicapped. The entire place is poorly run.

"Find Another Hotel. Very Dirty."

Stay away from this hotel! Very old, dirty & not well maintained. But let me begin with the one good thing - the location. Truly oceanfront steps from the beach. We had a 2-room penthouse, which was spacious. The problem was one of the elevators was not working, our feet were black from walking on our floor. I don’t think it had ever been mopped. My husband cleaned it with a wet towel & rung out black water several times. No ice machines, had to pay $6.48 for a bag of ice. Sheets do not fit bed.

"Not Clean"

Do not go to this place it is roach invested seen what appears to be blood on sheets and dark spots in corner of beds. I booked with booking.com and paid with affirm and they are trying to charge me for not staying in room due to rules. Rules do not apply when you are advertising a place that should be technically shut down and remolded, I warn if you're a clean person this is not for you.
