The tour entrance is at 1260 6th Avenue (Avenue of the Americas), between W. 50th and W. 51st Streets. Check in at the tour desk in the Grand Lounge.
Guests should arrive at least 10-15 minutes before their scheduled tour time.
Each tour lasts approximately 60 minutes.
The Radio City Music Hall tour experience is family-friendly and suitable for all ages, though guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Children under age 5 may attend a tour without their own ticket.
All tours are provided in English. Follow-along guides are available in French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and shoes, as the tour consists of walking throughout the venue.
Most of the tour is wheelchair accessible, but some areas may have limited access for guests with mobility concerns. Elevators and accessible routes are available, and guests needing assistance should arrive early and inform staff at check-in.
Guests are allowed to bring cameras on the Radio City Music Hall Tour, but flash photography, tripods, and professional recording equipment are not permitted.
Guests are encouraged to travel light. Oversized bags larger than 22" x 14" x 9" are prohibited. Radio City Music Hall does not provide an area to check bags, coats or any other personal belongings.
Only service animals are permitted, but you should call the number on your e-ticket beforehand to ensure proper accommodations.
