A simple task of modifying the room booking for 1 day before the actual booking while room was available was impossible, even trying to cancel when made by accident and refunded. This is really bad business practice and I am greatly disturbed by the service. Do not recommend

We chose this hotel because it was about half the price of other chain hotels. We were not disappointed. A nice hotel for staying in the area. Our room had a great view of the Glenn Canyon dam and Lake Powell. The sunsets are beautiful. The hotel is close to many eating options. Our room was the largest non-suite room I have ever had in a hotel. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. We stayed here to take the Antelope Canyon tour. Their office is only a couple of blocks away. A little disappointed with breakfast. Only eggs, waffles, and bread (no bagels).

There was a mouse in our room!!!!! There were also exposed wires on the usb charger clock, probably chewed by the resident mouse. Hotel did nothing to compensate us. We could not get an answer from front desk. Went to front desk no manager present. ZERO stars 🌟

Honestly the hotel is just old and needs a serious updating. This was just a stop on the way home for us and I have definitely stayed in worse places. This wouldn’t be my first choice but the cost was less than all the other hotels in the area. I did check the mattresses and yes there was a stain on the carpet, however have long a ground floor room overlooking lake Powell and being able to load and unload out stuff through the sliding door into and out of our car was extremely nice. The food they serves is very expensive, there was a burger for $19.

Don’t now were to begin. I got very sick in this….. I can’t call this a motel. I can’t believe that it’s aloud to let people stay in such unhealthy and very dirty place. Everything is broken and the bathroom is full of mold. The receptionist gave us another room but it was just as bad and I got another asthma attack. She understood we were leaving. she would do the same. She had taken pictures of the very dirty rooms and would send them to her manager. Quality Inn does not respond but charged another $250 while everything already was paid and another $112.38 reserved on our credit card. This is unbelievable and inhumane
