"Hoping for more but was as expected"
November 2022
Stay was uneventful, room was clean, but small. Breakfast wasn’t worth the effort. No lights in parking lot after dark. Wife didn't feel safe.
It worked this time, but wont again.

Great decent priced hotel to stay in while in Branson, who wants to spend all their money on a hotel in a City that has so much to offer, when your gonna be busy and only at hotel to rest. The lady in the office was very friendly and helped in any and every way that she possibly could. Breakfast could be a little better as my kids burned out on breakfast after a couple days

"Ozark Valley Inn"

The motel is pet friendly. The motel is dated, but we experienced no difficulties during our stay. The breakfast was good and the dining room was clean and well stocked. The staff were friendly and accommodating during our stay.

"Getting worse"
February 2020
We had stayed here on a previous trip. The place is dated and in need of some tlc but was tolerable. This trip was terrible. The room was less than clean. The heater was so loud it was difficult to sleep through. The ice machine was not working. The vending machines were empty. We literally had to go out for ice and try and store it in the mini fridge (also loud). We needed to extend our stay but chose to do so at another hotel. We will not be staying here again. There are plenty of places to stay for a couple bucks more that are much nicer.

"Trip from hell"
October 2019
Our stay at this hotel was unbelievably the poorest of poor ratings. Thay never made our beds or changed linens or bath wash clothes or towels once during our 3 night stay. They did not clean our room once as well. They had a water pipe burst above our room and leaked through the ceiling into our lugage ruining our clean sllepwear and under garments. Further, ruined our fresh dry cleaned clothes to wear at our night events. AND the absolute worst was the water leak ruined my special 40 year old felt cowboy hat. It is badly stained! When asked about how they would like to compensate for the damage done they said it wasn't their problem...not their fault the pipe broke. That hat was given to me by my children for fathers day, it has a bullet hole in it (my son accidently shot it while I was wearing it), it was specifically chosen for the color, shape, and style after Lonesome Dove Robert Duvall (Augustus Mcrey) hat. It is priceless. You wont find another like it. I tried to settle to have it cleaned...they refused.
