Parking: Self-parking is offered at CAD 28, while valet parking is available at CAD 35. All fees mentioned are subject to change without prior notice and applicable taxes.

Pet Policy: Oak Bay Beach Hotel is dog-friendly. The pet fee is $40 per night for the first one and $20 per night for the second. Dogs must weigh under 75lbs, and there's a limit of two per room. Service dogs are welcome, a written confirmation beforehand is required to ensure certification and compliance with BC's Guide and Service Dog Act. Please notify the hotel directly prior to your arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited. "Absolutely Amazing"

Judith made my 40th birthday (the same year my dad passed) the most amazing and memorable birthday. We can’t thank her enough. Countless upgrades and special additions made for a magical experience. All on top of gorgeous hotel with a spectacular view and wonderfully relaxing pools. You can even order drinks and food by the pools. It felt like a slice of tropical vacation in January. We barely noticed the partial spa closure (due to recent storm damage) Breakfast at the Snug was delicious and so were the room service burgers.

"Another great stay at this 5 star hotel"

We were fortunate to get to the hotel on this trip , after all the previous days and initial ferries on our trip day to Vancouver island were cancelled due to bad weather storms and winds . So pleased our ferry from Tsawassen sailed. Our stay at Oak Bay Beach Hotel was as pleasurable as always . Comfortable ,well equipped and pleasantly decorated room with lovely soaking tub. Staff :friendly helpful and efficient across the board. Enjoyed the magnificent ocean views from the Snug pub and lounge. The heated pool on the edge of the ocean was delightful. Restaurants offered excellent food . Faros carpaccio was amazing . Had it twice during our 3 day stay. Pizza and short ribs great also. Snug pub lemon ricotta pancakes , a delicious way to start the day . From the hotel we did our usual coastal walks with stunning views across the Straights of Juan Del Fucca. Very convenient underground parking . Can’t wait to go back

From the moment we arrived in the hotel court yard we felt we were in a special place. We have been at the hotel many times over the years. We enjoy all of the amenities of the hotel and feel it is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. That is why we keep coming back.

"Can’t wait to be back!"

I just came back from a board meeting at the Oak Bay Beach Hotel and wished I would have stayed longer to enjoy more the property. The property is about 35-40 minutes from the airport and about 15 minutes from downtown Victoria. The hotel is a 5 floors property with view of the water or the front of the hotel. They have a spa outside the hotel and as well the minerals pool that are heated all year long with view of the water. The room was very cozy and well appointed that matched the style of the hotel. I had a small kitchen and a great large bathroom with shower and bath separately. I did two take out breakfasts at Faro and loved the banana peanut butter chocolate chips muffin, what a delight! Last morning I was able to have a full breakfast at the Snug Pub and very enjoyed the crispy bacon and the view of the water of course! The food during the meeting was tasty and fresh and perfect to have a successful meeting. We had the pleasure to have a great dinner specially curated just for us near the fireplace with the large bay window overlooking the water. A real treat! Merci. The meeting room was perfect for our group with lots of light from the bay windows. Everyone I have encountered during my stay was so kind and helpful. As much as I love the hustle and bustle of Victoria, I would go back to the Oak Bay Beach Hotel for the service they provide, the coziness and for the quaint community and the minerals pool. Thank you to the General Manager and all the Oak Bay Beach Hotel team for their amazing hospitality! Can’t wait to be back!

"Very saddened by recent experience with OBBH staff"

Have had a few lovely experiences here in the past but my most recent experience left a bad taste and unfortunately don’t think I will return or recommend. Pool is lovely and so are the rooms but the staff I spoke to were very cold and misleading. Was hoping to experience a 5 star experience as it was for my engagement celebration with my fiance. Planned to come see the place and have an experience worth remembering and consider this as where we wanted or special Day by hosting our wedding there in the future. My concerns were dismissed and even the staff member claimed to be head manager and kept beating around the bush about addressing my concerns. I had requested to speak to Malone (head manager) and was past around from to staff members claiming to be her. I then was able to leave a message on Malones voicemail but disappointingly never received a call back. All of this made me feel dismissed and frustrated as I had to call numerous times, write emails etc and left me stressed out. Won’t be coming back as I don’t feel they apologized for any of this and the management seems to be lacking for a 5 star hotel that “prides themselves” on their care in making your stay memorable.
