Located in Downtown St. Petersburg, Florida, the Mint House offers a comfortable stay with one-bedroom, one-bath studios featuring a private balcony/terrace, a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, a small sink, and a stovetop, a washer/dryer combo, free WiFi and more. The property offers an outdoor swimming pool, outdoor dining/patio area, a grilling station, a firepit, bike rentals through the ZYBRA app, and valet parking.

Guests can enjoy a relaxing day in the outdoor swimming pool with a grilling station, and a fire pit available for guests use. Guests also have access to bike rentals, perfect for a day of strolling in downtown St. Petersburg, and the local transportation, The SunRunner, the best way to cruise around town without the hassle of finding a parking spot (fee applies).

Parking: Mint House offers a Valet Parking service for a fee of $35 per night, per vehicle. Reservations are required.

Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome. No more than two 2 pets may occupy a guestroom. Each guest is responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of his / her pet, including but not limited to transportation and kennel charges. Pets must be leashed or caged when they are in all common areas of the hotel. Excessive Damage: Your hotel account will be charged for the repair or replacement cost for any damage caused by your pet. A $100 non-refundable pet fee per stay is required at check in. Please notify the property prior to arriving if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly units are subject to availability.

Please be aware that the fees detailed are subject to adjustments and applicable taxes. Upon arrival and check-in at the front desk, guests are required to provide a security deposit of $200. This deposit is fully released upon departure, provided there are no damages or incidental charges. "Amazing place to stay"

The Mint House is everything you need to make you feel home on vacation. To start, the staff is outstanding! Always greeting us and our dog with a smile and a quick conversation. The pool and patio area is beautiful. The interior is just as pictured. The full functioning kitchenette provides an option to prepare meals. Louis, the valet, is hilarious, kind, and always smiling. He is a super star! Our time spent at the mint was a week, but we wanted to stay longer. Everything is in walking distance. You have your pick of restaurants, breweries, and cocktail venues. Thanks Mint House for a great escape from the cold. 😊

Everything was great. Excellent location, great apartment with everything you need. Everything was new and fresh. Louis at the door was great at helping us with everything we needed or questions we asked. The neighborhood is great with so many options for food and drinks.

Most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in my life.Pillows were super hard,the AC is on a timer so it changed throughout the night to 74 and higher,constant construction outside could not relax one bit. Not worth the 300 a night. The cheaper hotels in the area have better accommodations.

"Amazing stay in downtown st Pete"

We had a great time at the Mint House. The room was very nice and clean. Joseph at the valet is very hard working! He was super friendly and helpful to us. He even explain the door system to us, which obviously isn’t part of his job. The hotel is in a great location as well. It was a quick walk to everything we wanted to do.

Great building, great location! Only issue is lack of parking but that would not deter us from going back as once you park you can leave it as can walk everywhere. 1 block off Central which is maybe of Downtown St Pete. Great neighborhood, close to food, drinks, and shops. A+
