"Less staff equals less or no service"

We have stayed here multiple times for 20 years. Room was fine. Stayed 4 nights and room was cleaned once. No privacy signs, they just don't clean rooms any more. Concierge lounge food was fair. Buffet breakfast food was okay, but service was non existent. One guy was doing everything, maybe even cooking. Desperately need more staff.

This location seems a little bit out-of-the-way, possibly for some of us? But totally worth it! Beautiful easy parking area & beautiful entrance! If you can get a room with a view their pond or lake whatever it is back there with a bridge is gorgeous! Hallway carpet is bright and cheerful. Nice bar and restaurant although check their hours at the restaurant. Breakfast buffet $ is worth it in my opinion. Beds are extremely comfortable. Shower pressure was fantastic. Had a few issues here and there that were addressed right away (room service menu was on the TV but my TV wasn’t working-they fixed it promptly.) front desk was fabulous. Any questions I had were answered immediately. Any needs I had were met right away (late check out no problem). Hallways were very warm was a little disappointing, but not a huge deal. Elevators were fast. Highly recommend.

"Nice stay"

This hotel is getting a little dated but it works and rate is reasonable. It was clean, bed was good, and front desk staff were friendly. The AC in my room was not working real good so called front desk and they sent maintenance up right away. He said it would be 30 minutes or so before could get fixed so I asked if could just move me as had not unpacked. He went out, to the front desk I assume, and came back with another room key and told me he checked it out and it was good and cool already. I took it and it was...and I wish I could remember his name because he was very helpful and that goes a long ways nowadays. I'd stay here again.

"Peaceful Setting"

Overall, we had a comfortable stay. The only issue was that they put us in a handicap room (that don’t have closets) at first. While we did change rooms, it would have been helpful to know upfront. This location has plenty if free parking and wooded walking paths in the adjacent corporate park. Rooms are small but very quiet.

"Great Hotel on the West Side of St Louis"

Business hotel located on the western edge of the city. Not far off I-64 but in a secluded setting of a business park. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Free parking in adjacent parking ramp. A bit of a drive to get into downtown St Louis, taking about 20 minutes without traffic. However, I thought the hotel presented excellent value for what it offered and for the rates we found.
