"A solo weekend away from home."

The room is spacious, clean, quiet. I could hear people of course, but quiet & comfy. The remote to TV signal needs work. Unless I was doing something wrong, the signal would be delayed at times. Channel surfing not recommended. Quick access to the freeway and great bar & grill next door. I was solo, but staff was very friendly at hotel and restaurant! Good place to stay, but if not from around that area, use phone/ maps to place a plan.

"Nice Lil' Hotel - A Review"

It's a nice lil' hotel. Got a $58 deal for a one night stay, and it was definitely worth it. The bed was comfy, the shower was relaxing, the furnishings look good, and breakfast was satisfactory. It's also right along I-35 West for convenient travel. Would stay again.

Great staff!! Very friendly!! Lots of help and smiles. My dog got out the room when I was heading out and all the staff was great!!. Just calmly stood in his way with no agression.. thank you so much. All the help at the front desk was very professional. Room was clean and comforting. Will definitely be back.

"Great Hotel, Great Value"

My wife and I stayed at LivINN during a visit to family in Minneapolis. Hotel accommodations were hard to find, especially near Interstate 35W, so LivINN was chosen as any port in a storm. However, we were pleasantly surprised by all aspects of our stay. The location near the interstate is highly convenient while there are two restaurants within walking distance. The service was friendly and professional. The rooms are smaller than normal but have everything such as refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and even an iron and ironing board available. And we got the best night's sleep in a long time in the bed. Finally, the breakfast easily matches those of higher priced lodgings, and is served in a large, clean, and bright room. And all this for a price well below that of the standard chain hotels. We are recommending it to everyone.

Easy friendly check-in, coffee in the lobby. Room very clean, good bed. BUT here's what set them apart.... I got a message the first nite asking how the room was. I said good, but sink drains slow. Maintenance was up almost immediately. Never had that happen anywhere. Good free breakfast.
