Anderson at the front desk is the man! Business travel can be grueling & fending for yourself can be hard. He helped me with a late check out that I so desperately needed. This hotel property is beautiful and in a great location in NOLA. I will return here with my loved ones for a visit soon.

"Lovely stay"

Beautiful hotel with a lovely lounge and comfortable room. The staff was very nice as well, and the location was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the room I got seemed a bit tight for a superior 2-queen bed room. Also, when you walked in, there was an oddly placed wall right in front of you. Otherwise, no complaints, and I would definitely stay there again.

"Unimpressive for a “Luxury” hotel"

This should have been a great hotel, but it’s let down mainly by the service. Breakfast service was glacially slow every morning. Housekeeping didn’t do the room properly on any day, something was always lacking; one day the waste bins were not emptied, one day used towels were removed but not replaced, one day the room was not done at all by 5pm. The hotel is not double glazed, which means that even 18 floors up, you hear everything on the street. Cars blaring music, emergency sirens all night long. And that WITH foam earplugs in. And when they ask for a credit card for “incidentals” at check in, they don’t warn you they’re going to charge it $100 upfront, whether you have incidentals or not. Hopefully this gets refunded, since I have no incidentals, but a fair warning would be nice. So while it’s in a handy location for several districts, overall I wouldn’t come back here if visiting NOLA again.

Very happy with room etc Very unhappy about the fact as yet we have not received our £120 incidentals returned to our bank. We had no incidentals. Our stay was from 13 February to 18th Feb. Names Roy Brown and Lesley Challis. Could you please look into this matter for us, we have contacted our travel agent who seem to be unable to sort this matter out. They booked us through American Holidays. Regards Lesley Challis

"Phenomenal Staff!!"

My husband and I had a recent stay at Le Meridien in New Orleans. Our stay was awesome. The hotel is phenomenal with comfortable rooms, a great restaurant and a fantastic pool. The location is close to the French Quarter and wonderful restaurants. We ate often at Longitude 90 for breakfast and dinner and enjoyed the food and the staff. Erica and Emanuel were awesome servers. They both made our meals even more enjoyable. The staff at the front desk were so pleasant and efficient. This includes Joy and another female staff member whose name begins with a T (sorry). And we were also assisted by Albert who was great at arranging our transportation to the airport. The staff is just awesome at Le Meridian. We highly recommend a visit.
