Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa is a new hotel-condominium resort.

Located just 3.3 miles from Disney and adjacent to the Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet Mall. Guests will enjoy the resort-style zero entry pool with pirate ship waterslide, Lani's Luau Poolside Snack & Beverage Bar, Reflections Full Service Spa & Salon, Frankie Farrell's Irish Pub, plus Pizza Hut Express Cafe and Mini Market.

The hotel also offer a state-of-the-art fitness center, a massive game room, and a second resort pool and four Jacuzzis. Limited scheduled transport to area theme parks at a fee and complimentary parking is also available.

Resort Fee: A resort fee of $21.50 per room, per night, plus taxes is due upon check-in.

"Convenient location, lack of transparency"

Close to the parks! Felt information about amenities was lacking ex: onetime use of dish detergent, shampoo and soap was not clear and had to purchase a weeks worth of supplies. Front desk staff, with the exception of the young man on second shift, were standoffish and uninformed. Was not given the QR for park shuttle and any question asked (ex local breakfast) was told repeatedly “resort is self service” Regardless of my question. Best part was the brother duo taxi service! We felt safe and never had to worry about a ride!

Very Good Suit , feel like home away from home , clean rooms , great washing machine and dryer so you can get your laundry clean great staff ,everyone very friendly , shopping 5 mins away , safe area . great access to all parks which about 10 mins away. easy access to great restaurants.

Perfect location! Everything was excellent! 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom plus washer and dryer with a full kitchen and balcony and a pull out sofa bed, was perfect for my family vacation. Bonus thing is it's next to outlet shops! I am definitely going to stay there again.

After a quick switch to a room with A/C everything was great! The staff were awesome and accommodating. We'd stay again! We had everything we needed in our room and everyone was comfortable. Thank you Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa! Merry Christmas!

Very nice resort adequate parking and great location, close to disney attractions. outlet mall nearby. very quiet. would stay here again. we bought drinks at the pool bar , excellent service and reasonable prices. We arrived early and was allowed to checkin..Did not get a chance to go the Irish pub on the premises.
