Our experience was not good this time. Odor on our floor were extremely bad. And there were some roaches in our room. Size of the room was great and the convenience was great also. Within walking distance of many restaurants, which was one of our favorite things.

The staff were awesome from lydia helping us where to go kid friendly The breakfest crew shout out to Rudy and laura treated all 4 little kids so good like there own! Room was great! My son in law gradutated boot camp to i went with my daughter and 4 grandkids i would come back for sure!

Housekeeping needed to be called to empty extremely small trash cans for King Suite and then when they did empty the two we had in there, they only left one! Iron leaked and ruined shirt only 2 hangers for two guest at a week long business conference

Went in town for an event at the convention center. We had ants in the bathroom and along the frame of our exterior door to the room. They got rid of the ants in the bathroom but didn't discover the exterior ants until our last night. Our smoke alarm battery was low and beeped at us for part of the night, called the front desk and explained what the problem was and was told maintenance will take care of it when they get in, so just remove it from the wall. All it needed was a 9v battery and it would have been done, give me the damn 9v. So we removed it and slept without the hardwired smoke alarm to wake us if there was a fire in the building. They replaced the battery in the morning and reinstalled it to the correct housing.

I couldn't give 2.5 stars so I'll put it here. Hotel was decent but my bathroom sink had black sludge in it clearly from a back up in the pipes. Hallway had mildew/mold smell to it that never went away. Luckily my room didn't have the same smell. It was close to the convention center which was the main goal.
