"Like a falling plane"

Reviewed September 05, 2023
My last visit to IFLY in Mission Valley in San Diego disappointed me because I felt insecure and unsafe during the flight, like a falling plane. I already had experience with IFLY and knew how to feel secure while "really good" high-fly. On 08/26/2023, during my high flight, my body was bending because the coach and I were at different levels of moving, and he was flying below my level and pulled my body to the inside of the circle. Relying on that fact, my body was not straight, but an arc and created centrifuge force. That situation was frightening for me. I think it happened because the airflow capacity was different in the tube. I am an engineer and can realize it. I have the photos to prove my situation during fly. There is one weird thing - the crew did not put a video record of my high fly on the site. Why? I talked with the manager about my dissatisfaction with the flight. However, he said that it was an ordinary situation, nothing bad. My opinion is the opposite.
